High in fiber, helps digestion, and keeps you full longer.   Ingredients *Broccoli florets – 1 cup *Broccoli stems (peeled & chopped) – 1/4 cup *Almonds – 10–12 *Onion (chopped) – 1/4 cup *Garlic – 4 pods *Milk – 1/2 cup *Water – 1 cup *Sugar – 1 tsp *Salt – 1/2 tsp *Black pepper powder – 1/4 tsp *Homemade ghee – 2 tsp *Chopped almonds – For garnish Method *Chop the almonds. *Take a thick-bottom pan, add ghee and let it melt. *Add chopped onion and garlic, sprinkle a pinch of salt.
