#RenuRasoi#Ladoo #Coconut #CashewCoconut LadooTry these Delicious Ladoos when ever you are having craving for the sweet...They are easy, quick n Yummy too....πŸ˜‹πŸ˜‹πŸ˜‹Ingredients...*Dessicated Coconut... 2 Cup1 Cup...100ml*Milk.. 2 Cup*Sugar... 1/2 Cup .*Cashew nuts Powder... 1 tbspn... optional*Green Cardamom Powder...1/4 tspFor rolling...*Orange & Green food colour...less than a pinch... optional*Dessicated Coconut...3/4 th CupMethod...*In a thick based Pan or Kadhai add Dessicated Coconut ,Milk and Sugar. Mix properly and keep it aside for 15 minutes.* Now put this mix on Gas, on medium flame. Keep stirring, take care it should not stick to the bottom. *Cook till it becomes a soft sticky dough.Check by rolling a small Ladoo.It took me approximately 20 minutes. Very crispy n paper thin Dosa with loads of coconut  makes a complete Meal πŸ‘πŸ˜‹
With the same batter you can prepare soft and fluffy Dosa too...
Full of Carbohydrates n Proteins.
Ingredients...
*Raw Rice...1 Cup
1 Cup...200ml
*Udad/ Split BlackGram dal...1/4 Cup
*Cheakpea / Chana Dal...1/4 Cup *Arhar/Toor dal... 1/4 Cup
*Moong Dal... 1/4  Cup
*Fenugreek seeds...1/2 tsp
*Salt... 2 tsp
*Coconut Oil... for Roasting
*Grated fresh Coconut... 1 Cup
Method...
*Wash and soak the Rice, Dal and Fenugreek seeds for 5..6 hours.
*Grind to a smooth paste.
*Let it ferment for 8 hours.
*In the morning add Salt mix thoroughly, add little water if necessary.
*Dry heat the Iron Tawa for five minutes, spread one teaspoon Oil n let it heat for 2..3 minutes. Now Tawa is ready for cooking.
*Spread 1 tablespoon batter evenly, it should be thin, drizzle Oil from all the sides, let it crispy by one side
 flip and cook another side.

Andhra style preperation....very very yummy...
Easy to prepare from all easily available ingredients at home.
Ingredients...
*Tomato chopped.... 2 cups
1 Cup___200ml
*Split chickpea/ Chana dal... 1 tbspn
*Split blackgram/Udid dal... 1 tbspn
*Tamarind pulp... 1/2 tbspn
*Dry Red Chillies... 4..5
OR Red Chilli Powder... 2 tsp
*Salt... 1 tsp
*Cumin seeds... 1/2 tsp
*Oil for roasting... 3 tsp
*Garlic pods...2
*Turmeric powder... 1/4 tsp
For Tempering...
*Coconut oil... 4 tsp
*Mustard Seeds... 1/4 tsp
*Curry leaves... 5..6
Method...
*Heat Oil in a pan add split Chickpea and blackgram... roast on low flame till pink in colour.
*Add broken Red Chillies, Cumin seeds...saute for a minute.
*Add turmeric powder, chopped tomatoes, garlic pods, tamarind pulp, Salt. Cook till tomatoes are mushy.
*Switch off the Gas. Let it cool.
Grind from the Mixer without adding water.
