They are easy, quick n Yummy too....😋😋😋 Ingredients... *Dessicated Coconut... 2 Cup 1 Cup...100ml *Milk.. 2 Cup *Sugar... 1/2 Cup . *Cashew nuts Powder... 1 tbspn... optional *Green Cardamom Powder...1/4 tsp For rolling... *Orange & Green food colour...less than a pinch... optional *Dessicated Coconut...3/4 th Cup Method... *In a thick based Pan or Kadhai add Dessicated Coconut ,Milk and Sugar. Mix properly and keep it aside for 15 minutes. * Now put this mix on Gas, on medium flame. Keep stirring, take care it should not stick to the bottom.  *Cook till it becomes a soft sticky dough. Full of Carbohydrates n Proteins. Ingredients... *Raw Rice...1 Cup 1 Cup...200ml *Udad/ Split BlackGram dal...1/4 Cup *Cheakpea / Chana Dal...1/4 Cup *Arhar/Toor dal... 1/4 Cup *Moong Dal... 1/4  Cup *Fenugreek seeds...1/2 tsp *Salt... 2 tsp *Coconut Oil... for Roasting *Grated fresh Coconut... 1 Cup Method... *Wash and soak the Rice, Dal and Fenugreek seeds for 5..6 hours. *Grind to a smooth paste. *Let it ferment for 8 hours. *In the morning add Salt mix thoroughly, add little water if necessary. *Dry heat the Iron Tawa for five minutes, spread one teaspoon Oil n let it heat for 2..3 minutes. Ingredients... *Tomato chopped.... 2 cups 1 Cup___200ml *Split chickpea/ Chana dal... 1 tbspn *Split blackgram/Udid dal... 1 tbspn *Tamarind pulp... 1/2 tbspn *Dry Red Chillies... 4..5 OR Red Chilli Powder... 2 tsp *Salt... 1 tsp *Cumin seeds... 1/2 tsp *Oil for roasting... 3 tsp *Garlic pods...2 *Turmeric powder... 1/4 tsp For Tempering... *Coconut oil... 4 tsp *Mustard Seeds... 1/4 tsp *Curry leaves... 5..6 Method... *Heat Oil in a pan add split Chickpea and blackgram... roast on low flame till pink in colour. *Add broken Red Chillies, Cumin seeds...saute for a minute. *Add turmeric powder, chopped tomatoes, garlic pods, tamarind pulp, Salt.
