For Icecream... *Fresh Cream/ Malai ... 1 Cup *Corn Starch...2 tsp *Full Fat Milk... 2 cups. *Milk Powder ...1 cup *Sugar... 1/2 cup or more if you wish *Vanilla Essence...1 tsp Method.... *Set the temperature in the fridge at the coldest. *Mix Corn Starch in 1/4 the Cup milk without forming lumps, keep 3/4 the Cup Milk for boiling.... when it will start boiling add corn starch milk... keep stirring continuously ... within 2 minutes it will be ready. Switch off the gas...let it cool. *Mix all ingredients together...Churn it well from mixer. *Pour in the container, put the lid. *keep in deep freezer... *Will be ready within 7..8 hour's. * 30 minutes, before serving remove out of the freezer and keep it in normal freez only.
