Easy and tasty.... Complete meal. Ingredients... 1 cup... 150 ml *Ambadi leaves... Washed and finely chopped 2 cups *Jawar flour... 1 cup *Wheat flour...1 cup *Garlic cloves...4 *Green chillies.. 2-3 *Salt...1 tsp *Cumin seeds...1/4 tsp *Turmeric powder... 1/4 tsp *Water for binding a dough. *Wheat flour for dusting the Bhakari while rolling. Method... *Clean the Ambadi, take only leaves. Stems are very hard. Wash the leaves atleast 3-4 times in the sufficient water. *Drain out the water and chopp the leaves finely. Chopped leaves should be 2 cups approximately. In a heavy based steel pan put all the chopped leaves. *Put this pan with the leaves on a medium flame gas, stirring constantly with the help of a spoon. For Icecream... *Fresh Cream/ Malai ... 1 Cup *Corn Starch...2 tsp *Full Fat Milk... 2 cups. *Milk Powder ...1 cup *Sugar... 1/2 cup or more if you wish *Vanilla Essence...1 tsp Method.... *Set the temperature in the fridge at the coldest. *Mix Corn Starch in 1/4 the Cup milk without forming lumps, keep 3/4 the Cup Milk for boiling.... when it will start boiling add corn starch milk... keep stirring continuously ... within 2 minutes it will be ready. Switch off the gas...let it cool. *Mix all ingredients together...Churn it well from mixer. *Pour in the container, put the lid. *keep in deep freezer... *Will be ready within 7..8 hour's. * 30 minutes, before serving remove out of the freezer and keep it in normal freez only.
