कोणत्याही सांबार किंवा चटणीची गरज नाही.

With the same batter you can prepare soft and fluffy Dosa too...
Full of Carbohydrates n Proteins.
Ingredients...
*Raw Rice...1 Cup
1 Cup...200ml
*Udad/ Split BlackGram dal...1/4 Cup
*Cheakpea / Chana Dal...1/4 Cup *Arhar/Toor dal... 1/4 Cup
*Moong Dal... 1/4  Cup
*Fenugreek seeds...1/2 tsp
*Salt... 2 tsp
*Coconut Oil... for Roasting
*Grated fresh Coconut... 1 Cup
Method...
*Wash and soak the Rice, Dal and Fenugreek seeds for 5..6 hours.
*Grind to a smooth paste.
*Let it ferment for 8 hours.
*In the morning add Salt mix thoroughly, add little water if necessary.
*Dry heat the Iron Tawa for five minutes, spread one teaspoon Oil n let it heat for 2..3 minutes. Now Tawa is ready for cooking.

*Raw Rice...3/4 th Cup

*Split Blackgram /Udad dal...1/4 Cup
*Split Yellow Moong Dal...1/2 Cup
*Fenugreek Seeds...1/2 tsp
*Water...for Grinding as needed
*Green Chillies chopped...6
*Grated Ginger...1 tsp
*Salt...2.5 tsp
*Chopped Coriander...1 tbsp

आमच्या घरी सकाळच्या नाश्त्याला दोसा हा अत्यंत  आवडता पदार्थ आहे....व ते पण वेगवेगळ्या प्रकारचे दोसे असतील तर अजून छान 👌👌
तेंव्हा आज चवदार मैसूर साधा दोसा  केला. अतिशय चवदार आणि स्वादिष्ट 😋😋😋😋
 मैसूर चटणी स्वादिष्ट असल्याने बटाट्याची भाजी  किंवा सांबारची गरज नव्हती.
मी घरी सहज उपलब्ध असलेले साहित्य वापरून ही रेसिपी केली आहे.

 साहित्य ...
 दोसा...साठी
 *तांदूळ ... 3 वाटी
एक वाटी...200 मिली
 * उडीद डाळ ... 3/4 वाटी
 * तुर डाळ ... 1/4 वाटी
 * मेथी दाणे ... 1/4 टीस्पून
 * मीठ ... 3 टीस्पून
 *तेल ... दोसे करण्यासाठी
 म्हैसूर चटणीसाठी ...
 * चिरलेला कांदा .... 1/2 वाटी
 * लसूण सोलून ... 5 पाकळ्या
 * फुटाण्याच्या डाळ्या.... 1 टेबलस्पून
 * चिंच... सुपारी एवढी
 * लाल मिरची ... 7..8
 किंवा ... लाल तिखट ... 2 टीस्पून
 * मीठ ... 1/2 टीस्पून
 पद्धत ...
 डोसासाठी ...
 * तांदूळ आणि दोन्ही डाळ धुवा.  पाण्यात 7..8 तास भिजवा.  तसेच मेथीची दाणे घाला.
 * मिक्सरमधून बारीक वाटून घ्यावे.
 * 5 ते 6 तास आंबू द्या.
 * मीठ घालून व्यवस्थित एकत्र करावे.

Ingredients...
*Potato... peeled and diced...1 Cup
1 Cup...400 ml
*Roasted Peanuts Powder...1/4 th Cup
*Chopped Coriander...1/4 th Cup
*Green Chillies... Chopped.. 4
*Cumin seeds...1/4 th tsp
*Groundnut Oil... 4 tbspn
Or
Homemade Ghee... 4 tbspn
*Grated Raw Mango...  tbspn
* Salt... 1 tsp
*Sugar... 1/2 tsp
Method...
*In a mixer jar grind chopped Coriander, Green Chillies and roasted Groundnut Powder without adding water. After first grinding add 1/4 th Cup water and grind to a fine paste.
*Heat Oil in a pan , add Cumin Seeds, after it crackles add Potatoes, saute on medium flame for 10 minutes sauting occasionally.
*Add grinded mix, grated Raw Mango,mix properly, saute for 2 minutes, add 1.5 cups water.
*Cook on medium flame stirring occasionally till Potato become soft.
*Add Sugar and Salt, give a nice boil.
*Switch off the Gas, serve hot in a servin…

Ingredients...
*Bhagar... 1/2 Cup
1 Cup...400 ml
*Homemade Ghee... 4 tbspn
Or...
Groundnut Oil... 4 tbspn
* Roasted Peanuts Powder... 1/8 th Cup
*Red Pumpkin... peeled and diced...
3/4 Cup
*Cumin seeds... 1/2 tsp
*Red Chilli Powder... 1/2 tsp
*Green Chillies..chopped...2
*Chopped Coriander... 2 tbspn
Method...
*Wash the Bhagar twice, drain out all the water, Keep it aside.
*Now heat Ghee or Oil add Cumin Seeds, after it crackles add Pumpkin, saute on medium flame for 4 minutes.
* Add  chopped green Chillies, Red Chilli Powder, Bhagar and mix properly. Saute for 2 minutes.
* Add roasted Groundnut powder and 2 Cups Water. Add Salt mix properly. Cook on medium flame till all the Water gets absorbed.

*Sago pearls/Sabudana...1/2 Cup
1 Cup...400 ml
*Amaranth/ Rajgira flour...1 tbspn
*Roasted Peanuts Powder...1tbspn
*Green Chillies chopped...2
*Coriander chopped...1/4 th Cup
*Cumin seeds...1/4 tsp
*Grated Ginger... 1 tsp
*Sugar... 1/2 tsp
*Salt...1 tsp
*Red Chilli Powder...1 tsp
*Oil...For deep frying
Method...
*Wash and soak Sabudana for 4 hours. Sabudana should just cover with water.
*Mix all ingredients except Oil.
*Make 10 equal parts, roll the Vada by lightly pressing in your palms.
*Heat Oil in an iron Kadhai, fry these Vadas on medium flame till crispy.
*Serve hot with home made Curd

Though the name Kachori...this is not at all Oily and heavy...
This is my style preparation where Kachori is nice fluffy, crispy till end & light because of the stuffing I have used...
To prepare outer Kachori as per my requirements... I had to try thrice...
The third attempt turned out very well...
Its stuffing is totally optional...
Every thing is home made...
Ingredients....
For Kachori...
*Coarse thick Semolina...1/2 Cup
(One Cup...400 ml)
*All purpose flour...Maida...1 tbspn
*Lukewarm water...
*Mix Semolina & Maida and make a dough by using water gradually.
It should not be too tight...
I have used little more than 1/4 th Cup.
*Cover and let it rest for 30 minutes.
*After 30 minutes, knead the dough again...make 12 equal balls.
*Heat Oil in an Iron Kadhai.
Roll Poori by applying little Oil, roll out thinly.

This is my mother's recipe which she prepares especially in summer.
We are eating this from so many year's.
The name Basi Bhat may be because this Rice is cooked in the previous night and then ate in the next day morning as breakfast.
This Rice is high in nutritional value and helps to strengthen body immunity and remove anaemia and iron deficiency.
