These seasonal vegetables is called as "रानभाजी" Since this vegetable is very healthy one should eat it at least once in the rainy season . It cures indigestion as well as it helps to increase appetite.  Very tasty and easy to prepare. You can get these vegetables  in the local market in rainy season. In some areas this veg is also called as "गुनगुण्याची भाजी" Ingredients  1 Cup...150 ml *Patur Veg... finely chopped...3 cups *Yellow moong dal... 1/2 Cup  *Garlic pods... 6 *Oil... 4 tbspn  *Mustard seeds... 1/2 tsp  *Turmeric powder... 1/2 tsp *Red chilli powder... 1/2 tsp  *Salt... 1/2 tsp  *Lemon juice... 1 tsp  *Chopped coriander... 1 tbspn  *Grated coconut... 1 tbspn  Method... *Wash and soak yellow moong dal in sufficient water for 2 hours. *Here I have taken 2 bundle s of Patur Veg. Clean and take leaves only. Wash it thoroughly and chop finely.

You can have it for breakfast , Lunch, Dinner or as a Meal between Meal...😃😃 Full of flavours yet simple...😋😋 Ingredients.... *Rice flour...1 Cup *Sour Curd...1/2 Cup *Water ...1 Cup *Green Chillies chopped...3 *Chopped Ginger...1/2 tsp *Curry leaves...7..8 *Oil...3 tbspn *Mustard Seeds...1/4 tsp *Cumin seeds...a pinch *Salt...1 tsp *Turmeric...a pinch Method... *Mix Rice flour, Curd & Water without forming lumps. *Heat Oil in a pan, add Mustard Seeds n Cumin seeds. Let it splutter. *Add Turmeric Powder, Green Chillies, Curry Leaves. saute for a minute. *Pour Rice flour mix. Mix properly, steam for 3 minutes by covering with the lid. *Remove the lid after 3 minutes, mix properly. Done. Today I have prepared Thalipith. Quick, Tasty n Yummy 😋😋 Ingredients *Rajgira flour...1.5 Cup *Roasted Peanuts Powder...1/2 Cup *Green Chillies chopped...2 *Chopped Coriander...1 tbsp *Cumin seeds...1/4 tsp *Desi Ghee...for Roasting *Red Chilli Powder...1 tsp *Salt...1 tsp Method... *Mix all ingredients except Ghee. *Make a semi soft dough by using water. Add water carefully. *Divide into four equal parts. *Heat Iron Tawa for Two minutes. Spread 1 tsp Ghee. *Take a one portion dough, spread it evenly by using little wet hand. *Make a whole in the centre, this ensures perfect cooking. *Drizzle Ghee from the sides as well as in the centre. *Cover with the lid just for 2 minutes. #रेणूरसोई कच्च्या केळ्याचे वेफर्स केळ्याचे वेफर्स फार चवदार व कुरकुरीत होतात.चवीला पण छान असतात. पण मला बाहेर जे विकत मिळतात ते आणायला आवडत नाही...कारण की एकच तेलात वारंवार तळलेले असते. व अशा तेलाचे पदार्थ खाणे आपल्या आरोग्यासाठी चांगले नाही. आज मी प्रथमच वेफर्स केली व मस्त झाली. थोडी बनवा... झटपट खा... पटपट संपवा...😄😄 शक्यतो ताजे असतानाच खा.... घरी केली तरी अजिबात तेलकट होत नाही. साहित्य... *कच्ची हिरवी गार केळी...3 *हळद...1/2 टिस्पून *मीठ...1 टिस्पून *पाणी... कच्ची वेफर्स बुडवण्यासाठी... आवश्यकतेनुसार *तेल...1.5 वाटी *खोबरेल तेल...1 टेबलस्पून... ऐच्छिक कृती... * केळीचे साल काढून, वेफर्स करून घ्या. *एका भांड्यात वेफर्स बुडतील एवढे पाणी, हळद व मीठ घालून छान एकत्र करा. *पाच मिनिटांनी रोळीत उपसुन घ्या. * लोखंडी कढईत तेल तापवून त्यात खोबरेल तेल घालून गरम झाल्यावर वेफर्स घाला. सुरूवातीला थोडा फेस येईल, मग कमी होईल. खोबरेल तेलामुळे येतो, पण चव खुप छान येते. *प्रथम 2..3 मिनिटे मंद आचेवर व मग मध्यम आचेवर कुरकुरीत होईपर्यंत तळून घ्या. *बाहेर काढून, उरलेली पण अशीच तळून
