Method... *Clean the Ambadi, take only leaves. Stems are very hard. Wash the leaves atleast 3-4 times in the sufficient water. *Drain out the water and chopp the leaves finely. Chopped leaves should be 2 cups approximately. In a heavy based steel pan put all the chopped leaves. *Put this pan with the leaves on a medium flame gas, stirring constantly with the help of a spoon.
