Mathura/Kandi Pedha

Homemade is a bliss with the goodness of purity.

These pedha s are delicious and easy to make at home. 

Since made in home they're  of best quality.

Ingredients 

1 cup...150 ml

•Milk powder....2 Cup 

•Milk... 1 Cup 

•Pure ghee...Melted...1/2 Cup

•Grinded sugar...1 Cup 

•Coarsely grinded sugar...3-4 tbsp 

•Nutmeg powder.... 1 tsp 

•Green cardamom powder... 1 tsp 

Method 

•Take a thick based or non stick kadhai.

•Add 3 tbsp ghee and milk powder.

•Put on a gas at the lowest flame. Keep sauting continuously.

•After 2-3 minutes of roasting add remaining ghee and keep roasting continuously.

Gas flame should be lowest. Roast the milk powder till it becomes light brown.

Care should be taken, that it shouldn't burn or stick to the bottom of the kadhai.

•This takes approximately 15-20 minutes.

•Switch off the gas. Add Milk in the kadhai.

Mix milk powder and milk properly. 

•Switch on the gas on the low flame. Once again keep sauting continuously.

•Take care that it should not stick  to the bottom. 

•Within 4-5 minutes it will form into a lump and will leave the sides of the pan.

•Take a pea size mixture in a plate, and try to roll out. If it roll out easily, our mix is ready.

•Switch off the gas. Let this mix cool.

•When it cools completely add powdered sugar, Nutmeg powder and green cardamom powder. Mix properly.

•Make small Pedha s. Roll out in Coarsely grinded sugar.

•Our Pedha s are ready to serve. 

•Enjoy the home made sweet.

 कंदी पेढा / मथुरे चे पेढे 

 हे पेढे अतिशय स्वादिष्ट आणि घरी केलेले आहेत. 

 ते घरी बनवलेले असल्याने ते उत्तम दर्जाचे आहेत.

सर्व साहित्य सहज घरी उपलब्ध असल्याने आपल्याला हवे तेंव्हा झटपट करता येतात.

 साहित्य ....

 1 वाटी...150 मिली

 •दूधाची भुकटी /पावडर....2 वाटी 

 •दूध... 1 वाटी 

 •शुद्ध तूप...वितळलेले...1/2 वाटी 

 • पिठी साखर... 1 वाटी 

 • रवाळ दळलेली साखर...3-4 टेबलस्पून 

 • जायफळ पूड.... 1 टीस्पून 

 •हिरवी वेलची पूड... 1 टीस्पून 

 पद्धत 

 • जाड बुडाची किंवा नॉन-स्टिक कढई घ्या.

 • 3 टेबलस्पून तूप आणि दूध पावडर घाला.

 • सगळे साहित्य छान एकत्र करून मंद आचेवर गॅसवर ठेवा.  सतत परतत रहा.

 • २-३ मिनिटे परतल्यानंतर उरलेले तूप घाला आणि सतत परतत रहा.

 गॅसची ज्योत सर्वात कमी असावी.  दुधाची पावडर हलकी तपकिरी होईपर्यंत भाजून घ्या.

 कढईच्या तळाशी चिकटू नये याची काळजी घ्यावी.

 •हे सर्व करायला अंदाजे 15-20 मिनिटे लागतात.

 • गॅस बंद करा.  कढईत दूध घाला.

 दूध पावडर आणि दूध नीट मिसळा. 

 • मंद आचेवर गॅस चालू करा.  पुन्हा एकदा सतत परता.

 • ते तळाशी चिकटून जळू नये याची काळजी घ्या. 

 4-5 मिनिटांत छान गोळा होतो व मिश्रण चारी बाजूंनी सुटून कढईत मध्ये एकत्र येते.

 • आता वाटाण्याच्या आकाराचे मिश्रण एका ताटलीत  घ्या आणि गोळी करून पहा. जर  सहज गोळा झाले तर आपले मिश्रण तयार आहे.

 • गॅस बंद करा.  हे मिश्रण थंड होऊ द्या.

 • पूर्णपणे थंड झाल्यावर त्यात पिठीसाखर, जायफळ पावडर आणि हिरवी वेलची पावडर घाला.  व्यवस्थित मिसळा.

 • लहान लहान पेढा बनवा व भरड दळलेल्या साखरेत घोळवून घ्या.

 •आपले पेढे सर्व्ह करण्यासाठी तयार आहेत. 

 •घरी बनवलेल्या सुमधुर पेढ्यांचा आस्वाद घ्या.
