#रेणूरसोई शेंगदाणे लाडू शेंगदाण्याचे हे लाडू अतिशय मऊ, चवदार चविष्ट आहेत. छोट्या-मोठ्या भुकेसाठी उत्तम आहेत लहान मोठे सगळे खाऊ शकतात व सर्वांना अतिशय आवडतात.  गुलाबी थंडीत तर गुळ व दाणे , किंवा तिळ व गुळ अतिशय आवश्यक आहे .... त्वचा स्निग्ध होते....शरीराला उर्जा मिळते... बिस्कीट खाण्यापेक्षा शतपट पौष्टिक.... तेव्हा बघूया शेंगदाण्याचे लाडू... साहित्य.... *शेंगदाणे.... 2 वाटी 1 वाटी...150 मिली *गुळ चिरून... 1 वाटी *साजूक तूप... 1 टिस्पून *दुध... 1 टेबलस्पून *वेलची पूड...1/4 टिस्पून... ऐच्छिक कृती... *शेंगदाणे मंद आचेवर खमंग भाजून घ्या. गार झाल्यावर साले न काढता, मिक्सरमध्ये बारीक वाटून घ्यावे. वाटताना अधूनमधून मिक्सर चे झाकण काढून चमचा वापरून वर खाली करून घ्या. जाडसर वाटले तरी चालेल. हा शेंगदाणे कूट एका पसरट भांड्यात किंवा परातीत काढून घ्या. *गॅस वर  एका जाड बुडाच्या कढईत तूप घालून लगेच गुळ व दुध घालून, चमच्याने ढवळत राहावे. गुळ विरघळला कि गॅस बंद करावा. हि कृती मंद आचेवर करा. *वेलची पूड घालावी, व हा पाक परातीतील शेंगदाणे कूट मिश्रणात घालून चमच्याने छान एकत्र करावे. दोन चार मिनिटे छान एकत

Favourite from Kids to Elders ....

Ingredients....

*Murmure / puffed rice...  6 Cup

1 Cup...150 ml

*Gathi papadi... 1 Cup

*Shev... 1 Cup

*Khari Boondi... 1/2 cup

*Peanuts... 1/2 Cup

*Boiled and Diced Potatoes... 1 Cup

*Chopped Onion...1/2 cup

*Chopped Tomatoes... 1/4 Cup

*Chopped coriander... 3 tablespoon

*Green Chutney.... 1/2 Cup

*Tamarind Chutney... 1 Cup

*Salt and Red chillies powder.... as per your requirement

Method....

*Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a pan, add peanuts and saute them on low flame till crisp. Set them aside, let it become cool.

*Mix Murmure, boiled diced Potatoes, 1/4 th cup chopped Onions , A little Coriander and tomato, 1/2 cup Shev, Papadi, Boondi, Fried peanuts, 1 tbspn Green Chutney, 3 tbspn Tamarind Chutney, Red Chillies Powder and Salt as per your choice.

Add all ingredients as per your choice.

* While serving once again add a little green chutney, tamarind Chutney and garnish with Shev, chopped tomatoes, coriander and onions.

*Green Chutney...

Green chillies...10 chopped

Chopped coriander...1/2 cup

Lemon juice... 1 tbspn

Salt... 1/2 tsp

Cumin seeds... 1/4 tsp

*Grind all from the mixer by adding 2 tbspn water. 

*Refrigerate for longer shelf life.

Will be tasty for 2..3 days.


*Tamarind Chutney....

Tamarind...3 tbspn

Jaggery...2 tbspn

Coriander seeds powder... 1 tsp

Black Salt powder... 1/2 tsp

Red chillies powder.... 1/4 tsp

*Soak Tamarind  for 30 minutes in warm water. Squeeze the Pulp.

*Add  Jaggery to the Pulp. Mix properly. 

*Also add  Coriander Seeds powder, black Salt and red chilli powder.

Mix all properly.

*Refrigerate in a glass bottle for further use. 

*You can use in regular Veg or Dal preperations also besides Chat. 


*Homemade Shev...Papadi
