Favourite from Kids to Elders ....

Ingredients....

*Murmure / puffed rice...  6 Cup

1 Cup...150 ml

*Gathi papadi... 1 Cup

*Shev... 1 Cup

*Khari Boondi... 1/2 cup

*Peanuts... 1/2 Cup

*Boiled and Diced Potatoes... 1 Cup

*Chopped Onion...1/2 cup

*Chopped Tomatoes... 1/4 Cup

*Chopped coriander... 3 tablespoon

*Green Chutney.... 1/2 Cup

*Tamarind Chutney... 1 Cup

*Salt and Red chillies powder.... as per your requirement

Method....

*Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a pan, add peanuts and saute them on low flame till crisp. Set them aside, let it become cool.

*Mix Murmure, boiled diced Potatoes, 1/4 th cup chopped Onions , A little Coriander and tomato, 1/2 cup Shev, Papadi, Boondi, Fried peanuts, 1 tbspn Green Chutney, 3 tbspn Tamarind Chutney, Red Chillies Powder and Salt as per your choice.

Add all ingredients as per your choice.

* While serving once again add a little green chutney, tamarind Chutney and garnish with Shev, chopped tomatoes, coriander and onions.

*Green Chutney...

Green chillies...10 chopped

Chopped coriander...1/2 cup

Lemon juice... 1 tbspn

Salt... 1/2 tsp

Cumin seeds... 1/4 tsp

*Grind all from the mixer by adding 2 tbspn water. 

*Refrigerate for longer shelf life.

Will be tasty for 2..3 days.


*Tamarind Chutney....

Tamarind...3 tbspn

Jaggery...2 tbspn

Coriander seeds powder... 1 tsp

Black Salt powder... 1/2 tsp

Red chillies powder.... 1/4 tsp

*Soak Tamarind  for 30 minutes in warm water. Squeeze the Pulp.

*Add  Jaggery to the Pulp. Mix properly. 

*Also add  Coriander Seeds powder, black Salt and red chilli powder.

Mix all properly.

*Refrigerate in a glass bottle for further use. 

*You can use in regular Veg or Dal preperations also besides Chat.
