Pakatil Purya... पाकातील पुऱ्या It's a typical maharashtrian sweet dish... Very easy to prepare and delicious too. Ingredients... *Fine semolina...1 Cup 1 Cup...150 ml *Sugar .... 1 Cup *Desi ghee in liquid form.... 2 tsp *Curd...1/2 Cup... approximately *Ghee...for deep frying *Green cardamom powder...1/4 tsp *Dry fruits Powder...2 tbsp... optional Recipe... *Add ghee in semolina and just pulse it from the mixer. Remove from the mixer and take it in a pan. *Make a dough by using curd only. Dough should not be too hard or too soft. Let the dough rest for 30 minutes. *Now roll the dough into small Puri's. I have made bite size. *Deep fry Puri in ghee till light pink in colour. *You can store these by preparing it in a day in advance. *Take 1/2 cup sugar in a heavy base pan. Add 1/4 th Cup water. Put it on a gas on medium flame. *Let sugar dissolve and when it starts boiling reduce the gas flame. Let it boil for 3..4 minutes. *Switch off the gas. Add 1/4 tsp green cardam

Ingrediants. ...
*200 gms Fresh Mushrooms.
*Sweet corn...1.5 Cups
*Onions chopped...1 Cup
*Grated Ginger...1 tsp
*Green Chillies...3
*Red Tomatoes....3
*Oil....3 tbsp
*Red Chilli Powder...1 tsp
*Coriander Powder ...2 tsp
*Salt...1 tsp
*Turmeric...1/2 tsp
*Mustard n Cumin Seeds...1/2 tsp each
*Fenugreek seeds Powder... 1/4 tsp
Or Fenugreek Seeds...12
Method. ..
*Wash Mushrooms by soaking in Salt water. Clean one by one by rubbing with hands. Make thin slices.
*Make a paste of Ginger, Green Chillies & Tomatoes from the mixer.
*Chopp the Onions.
*Heat Oil in the pan. ..add Mustard and Cumin seeds , let it splutter, add
Fenugreek Seeds Powder.
*Add chopped Onions n saute.
*Add Turmeric, Chilli Powder, Coriander seeds Powder and Salt.
Mix properly.
*Add Tomato...Ginger.. Chilli Paste.
Saute till Oil leaves the sides of the Pan.
*Add Mushrooms n saute for 3 mts.
*Add Sweet Corn ...saute on low flame for 2 minutes.
*Add 2 cups hot water...let it cook for 5 mts.
*Done.
*Serve hot with Rice or Roti...

*ताजे मश्रुम... 200 ग्राम
*मका/ स्विट काॅर्न...1.5 वाटी
*कांदे चिरून...1 वाटी
* लाल टमाटे ...3
*आले कीस...1 टिस्पून
*हिरवी मिरची...3
*लाल तिखट... 1 टिस्पून
*मीठ....1 टिस्पून
*हळद. ..1/2 टिस्पून
*तेल.... 3 टेबलस्पून
*धनेपूड... 2 टिस्पून
*मेथीदाणे...12 किंवा मेथीपूड...1/4 टिस्पून
*मोहरी व जीरे...1/4 टिस्पून
कृती...
*मश्रुम मिठाच्या पाण्यात बुडवून, हाताने चोळुन स्वच्छ धुवुन चकत्या करा.
*कांदे चिरून घ्या.
*आले कीस, मिरची व टमाटे मिक्सर मधून वाटून घ्या.
*तेल तापवून मोहरी..जिरे व मेथी घालून फोडणी करा.
*बारीक चिरलेला कांदा घालून खमंग परतून घ्या.
* मग त्यात तिखट, हळद, मीठ व धनेपूड घालून छान एकत्र करा.
*टमाटे...आले... मिरची वाटण घाला, बाजूला तेल सुटेपर्यंत छान खमंग परतून घ्या.
*मश्रुम च्या चकत्या घालून 3 मिनिटे परतावे.
*मक्याचे दाणे घालून मंद आचेवर 2 मिनिटे परता.
*त्यात दोन वाटी गरम पाणी घालून ढवळून पाच मिनिटे उकळून घ्यावेत.
*चवदार व खमंग भाजी तयार. ..
*गरम पोळी..भात..भाकरी...कशासोबतही छान लागते.
