#RenuRasoi  #Aluchi Vadi  #Steamed  #Colocasia #Leaf  #Snack Nowadays, during the monsoon season, very tender and small colocasia (arbi/taro) leaves are growing in my pot.  Since I had very little time today, I prepared this quick version of Aluchi Vadi.  It has the same delicious traditional taste but is much easier and faster to make. Ingredients (1 cup = 150 ml) *Washed & finely chopped colocasia (taro) leaves, – 2 cups *Tamarind – a lemon-sized piece *Gram flour (besan) – 1 cup *Rice flour – ½ cup *Red chilli powder – 3 teaspoons *Salt – 1½ teaspoons *Sugar – 1 teaspoon *Coriander powder – 3 teaspoons *Carom seeds (ajwain) – ¼ teaspoon *Turmeric powder – 1 teaspoon *White sesame seeds – 1 tablespoon Method 1. Ingredients...

Grated carrots... Orange one...1/2 Cup

Phutana dal/ Roasted chana dal...1 tbspn

Red chilli powder... 1.5 tsp

Salt... 1 tsp

Sugar... 1tsp

Lemon juice... 3 tsp

Method...

*Grind chana dal dry from the mixer.

*Add all the remaining ingredients and 1/4 th Cup water.

*Grind to a coarse paste.

*Heat 2 tsp Oil, add 1/4 tsp mustard seeds, when it splutters add a big pinch of Asafoetida powder.

Switch off the gas and add 5...6 green curry leaves. Pour over the the chutney. Mix well...

Grated Coconut... fresh or Dessicated...1/2 Cup

Grated ginger... 1 tsp

Sour curd... 2 tbspn

Sugar... 1/2 tsp

Salt... 1/4 tsp

Water... 2 tbspn

*Mix all ingredients and grind from the mixer to a coarse paste.

Green chillies... spicy... 6 

Chopped coriander... 1/2 Cup

Roasted peanuts powder... 1tbspn

Lemon juice... 4 tsp

Salt... 1/4 tsp

Mix all the ingredients and grind from the mixer without adding water.

Enjoy all three different types of chutney....😋

 किसलेले गाजर ... केशरी रंगाचे ... 1/2 कप

 फुटाणा डाळ/ भाजलेली चणा डाळ ... 1 टेस्पून

 लाल तिखट ... 1.5 टीस्पून

 मीठ ... 1 टीस्पून

 साखर ... 1 टेस्पून

 लिंबाचा रस ... 3 टीस्पून

 पद्धत ...

 *चणा डाळ मिक्सरमधून बारीक वाटून घ्या.

 *उर्वरित सर्व साहित्य आणि 1/4 वाटी पाणी घाला.

 *चटणी वाटून घ्या.

 *२ चमचे तेल गरम करा, १/४ टीस्पून मोहरी घाला, मोहरी तडतडल्यावर त्यात एक चिमूटभर हिंग पूड घाला.

 गॅस बंद करा आणि 5 ... 6 कढीपत्त्याची पाने घाला. ही फोडणी चटणी वर घाला. चांगले एकत्र करा ...

 किसलेले नारळ ... ताजे किंवा डेसिकेटेड ... 1/2 कप

 किसलेले आले ... 1 टीस्पून

 आंबट दही ... 2 टेस्पून

 साखर ... 1/2 टीस्पून

 मीठ ... 1/4 टीस्पून

 पाणी ... 2 टेस्पून

 *सर्व साहित्य मिसळा आणि मिक्सरमधून वाटून घ्या. गरज वाटल्यास थोडे पाणी घालून घालून वाटून घ्या.

 हिरव्या मिरच्या ... तिखट ... 6

 चिरलेली कोथिंबीर ... 1/2 कप

 भाजलेले शेंगदाणे पूड ... 1 टेबलस्पून

 लिंबाचा रस ... 4 टीस्पून

 मीठ ... 1/4 टीस्पून

 सर्व साहित्य मिसळा आणि पाणी न घालता मिक्सरमधून बारीक वाटून घ्यावे.

 तिन्ही वेगवेगळ्या प्रकारच्या चटणीचा आनंद घ्या ....
