Delicious and Yummmy 😋😋😋
You can have it in your regular meals...as well as for party and get-together too....
Serve it with Poori, Paratha, Phulka or even with Jeera Rice....it goes very well with either of them.
This is not at all oily or heavy preperation....
Ingredients...
*Green peas/ Matar... frozen or fresh...3 Cups
1 Cup...200 ml.
*Paneer... 250 grams
*Onion chopped... 1 Cup
*Tomatoes chopped... 1.5 Cup
*Muskmelon/ Magaj seeds... 2 tbspn
*Green chillies... 3
*Grated ginger... 1 tsp
*Garlic cloves... 4
*Oil... 5 tbspn
*Red Chilli Powder... 1 tsp
*Coriander seeds powder... 1 tbspn
*Cumin seeds... 1/4 tsp
*Turmeric powder... 1 tsp
*Salt... 1.5 tsp
*Sugar... 1/2 tsp... optional
*Homemade Ghee...1 tbspn
*Homemade garam masala... 1/4 tsp
*Chopped coriander leaves... 1 tbspn
Method...
*For gravy...
In a mixer jar add Magaj, garlic, grated ginger, green chillies, chopped Onion and tomatoes.
Grind to a smooth paste without adding water.
*Dice the Paneer.
*In a heavy bottom pan heat Oil, add cumin seeds, after it crackles add turmeric powder & onion tomato paste. Cook on low flame till oil leaves the sides of the pan. Keep stirring occasionally.
*Add Red Chilli Powder, Coriander seeds powder, Salt, Sugar and Garam Masala. Mix properly.
*Also add 1 tablespoon Ghee and green peas. Saute on low flame for 2...3 minutes. Add 3 Cups hot water.
*Cook on low flame for 10 minutes.
*Add paneer cubes and cook for 5 minutes.
*Done.
*Garnish with chopped Coriander leaves.
*Serve with Poori, Paratha, Phulka or Jeera Rice.
Note... 1) You can cook on medium flame too, but low flame cooking tastes yummmy 😋.
2) Instead of Muskmelon/ Magaj seeds you can add Cashew nuts.
But muskmelon seeds are more healthy.
3) Adding hot water helps in cooking as well as makes it tastier.

•Grated Coconut and Coriander for Garnish
Method...
•Mix Chickpea flour/Besan, Semolina ... Citric Acid Crystals.... Sugar..n Salt properly.
•Slowly by adding water prepare the batter....add 2 tsp Oil... Mix.
•Preheat the big pan with a water on the  gas.
•Take another pan preferably Aluminium one, and 6" diameter.
•Grease it with Oil on all sides and bottom.

Soft Dosa

सकाळच्या घाईच्या वेळेत, स्वयंपाक व नाश्ता हे दोन्ही आटपून 9 वाजता ऑफिससाठी घराबाहेर पडणे म्हणजे तारेवरची कसरत😊.
त्यात माझा दिवसाची सुरुवात होणारा नाश्ता हा पोषक असावा ह्या गोष्टीवर भर असतो.
मग अशावेळेस खुप युक्ती लढवाव्या लागतात.
आज त्यातीलच एक चवदार प्रकार...
खमंग दोसा...बिना चटणीचा तरी चवदार...
लोखंडी तवा वापरून हि पटकन होणारा...
झटपट दोसा...
साहित्य...
जाड तांदुळ..3 वाटी
उडीद डाळ...1 वाटी
मेथीदाणा...1 tsp
मीठ.... 3.5 tsp
जाड पण तिखट हिरवी मिरची ..4,5
खोबरेल तेल...1/2 वाटी
कृती....
तांदुळ, डाळ स्वछ धुवून व मेथीदाणे घालुन 4..5 तास भिजवा.
मिक्सर मध्ये बारीक वाटून घ्या, फार पातळ वाटु नका.
रात्रभर आंबवुन घ्या.
सकाळी त्यात मीठ घालून, मिक्स करा, गरज वाटली तर 1 वाटी पाणी घालून पातळ करा.
गॅसवर स्वच्छ घासलेला लोखंडी तवा 5 मिनिटे तापवत ठेवा.
गॅस कमी करून , त्यावर 2 tsp तेल पसरवून अजून 3 मिनिटे तापवा.
आपला तवा दोसे करायला सिद्ध झाला.
तवा मंद गॅसवर करा, 2..3 थेंब तेल घालून पसरवा, 2 मोठे चमचे भरून पीठ घाला, झटपट गोल पसरवा.
खुप पातळ नको, जाडसर ठेवा.

Very crispy n paper thin Dosa when served with  Chutney makes a complete Meal 👍😋
With the same batter you can prepare soft and fluffy Dosa too...
Full of Carbohydrates n Proteins.
Ingredients...
*Raw Rice...1 Cup
*Udad/ Split BlackGram dal...1/4 Cup
*Cheakpea / Chana Dal...1/4 Cup *Arhar/Toor dal... 1/4 Cup
*Moong Dal... 1/4  Cup
*Fenugreek seeds...1/2 tsp
*Salt... 2 tsp
*Coconut Oil... for Roasting
Method...
*Wash and soak the Rice, Dal and Fenugreek seeds for 5..6 hours.
*Grind to a smooth paste.
*Let it ferment for 8 hours.
*In the morning add Salt mix thoroughly, add little water if necessary.
*Dry heat the Iron Tawa for five minutes, spread one teaspoon Oil n let it heat for 2..3 minutes. Now Tawa is ready for cooking.
*Spread 1 tablespoon batter evenly, it should be thin, drizzle Oil from all the sides, let it crispy by one side
 flip and cook another side.
*In this way prepare  all the Dosa
*Serve  hot with  Potato Masala, Sambhar n Coconut Chutney…
