In some areas this veg is also called as "गुनगुण्याची भाजी" Ingredients  1 Cup...150 ml *Patur Veg... finely chopped...3 cups *Yellow moong dal... 1/2 Cup  *Garlic pods... 6 *Oil... 4 tbspn  *Mustard seeds... 1/2 tsp  *Turmeric powder... 1/2 tsp *Red chilli powder... 1/2 tsp  *Salt... 1/2 tsp  *Lemon juice... 1 tsp  *Chopped coriander... 1 tbspn  *Grated coconut... 1 tbspn  Method... *Wash and soak yellow moong dal in sufficient water for 2 hours. *Here I have taken 2 bundle s of Patur Veg. Clean and take leaves only. Wash it thoroughly and chop finely.

In Maharashtra after Puranpoli, Shrikhand is very favourite sweet Dish.
With little efforts  prepare at home, for pure hygienic  taste....
Let us see today how we can prepare it at home...
Ingredients...
*Full Fat Milk..1 litre
*Powdered Sugar...400 grams to 500  grams
*Green Cardamom Powder...1/2 tsp
*Nutmeg Powder...1/4 tsp
*20 Saffron  strands soaked in  2 tsp Milk.
*Chopped Almonds & Pistachio...1 tbspn
*Bitten Sour Curd...4 tsp
Method...
* Heat the Milk till it reaches the boiling point.... when it becomes lukewarm...add sour Curd...Mix properly...stir it atleast ten to twelve times.
*Curd will be ready within 6..7 hours.
*Hung it in a Muslin cloth for 5 hours.  See that there are no water contents .... else put some heavy weight on the Muslin cloth to remove the water content.
*It will be approximately 500 grams in weight.
*Add same quantity powdered Sugar...mix properly... blend it with the help of blender.
*Add Cardamom and Nutmeg Powder, Saffron Milk n Chopped Nuts...
*Enjoy with Poori...
Tip...1) To save time, you can buy good quality high fat Curd...1 litre.
But better use home made Curd.

 पुरी, पोळी, पराठा कशा सोबत ही सुंदर लागते....
 पुराणपोळी नंतर महाराष्ट्रात श्रीखंड अतिशय आवडता गोड पदार्थ आहे.
 आज आपण ते घरी कसे तयार करू शकता ते पाहूया ...
 
 साहित्य ...
 * Full fat दूध ... 1 लिटर
 *पिठी साखर ... 400 ग्रॅम ते 500 ग्रॅम
 * हिरवी वेलची पुड ... 1/2 टीस्पून
 * जायफळ पुड ... 1/4 टीस्पून
 *केशर धागे...20..25... दोन टिस्पून दुधात भिजवून.
 *चिरलेले बदाम आणि पिस्ते ... 1 टेबलस्पून
 *आंबट दही ... 4 टीस्पून...विरजण लावण्यासाठी
 कृती...
 * दूध उकळून घ्यावे.... ते कोमट झाल्यावर विरजणाचे आंबट दही घाला ... छान व्यवस्थित एकत्र करून घ्या... किमान दहा ते बारा वेळा हलवा.
 *6..7 तासात छान घट्ट दही तयार होईल.
 * हे दही एका स्वच्छ मलमलच्या कपड्यात घालून, एका छोट्या दोरी ने बांधून हे गाठोडे 5 तास लटकवून ठेवा.खाली एक भांडे ठेवावे. दह्यातील सगळे पाणी निघून या भांड्यात जमा होईल. आपल्याला या दह्यात अजिबात पाणी नको. हे गाठोडे एखाद्या ताटात ठेवून त्यावर वजनदार भांडे ठेवून पाणी पूर्ण काढून घ्यावे यालाच चक्का असे म्हणतात.
 * हा चक्का वजनात सुमारे 400...500 ग्रॅम असेल.
 * या चक्क्यात समान प्रमाणात पिठी साखर घालून छान एकत्र मिसळून घ्या.... पुरणयंत्रातून काढून घ्या. पिठी साखर नसेल तर साधी साखर चक्क्यात मिसळून दोन तीन तासांनंतर पुरणयंत्रातून काढून घ्या.
पुरणयंत्र नसेल तर मिक्सरमधून किंवा फुड प्रोसेसर मधुन फिरवून घ्यावे.
 * वेलची आणि जायफळ पुड , केशर दूध आणि चिरलेले बदाम, पिस्ते घालून छान एकत्र करावे ...
 * पुरी, पोळी बरोबर किंवा नुसते पण छान लागते 😋
 टीप ... 1) वेळ वाचवण्यासाठी आपण चांगल्या प्रतीचे फुल फॅट दही ... 1 लिटर विकत आणु शकता.
 परंतु घरी बनवलेले दही जास्त चवदार लागते.

While serving at lunch or dinner serve with dal and chawal to make it a complete meal.  Ingredients... *Washed and chopped spinach...3cups 1 Cup...150 ml *Green chillies...4 *Garlic pods...8 *Grated ginger...1 tsp *Wheat flour... 2 cups *Oil for dough...6 tsp *Oil for roasting paratha...3 tbsp *Salt...1.5 tsp *Sesame seeds...2 tsp Method... *In a kadhai add chopped spinach, green chillies, garlic and ginger, cook on a gas without adding water, till water evaporates. Let it cool and grind from the mixer by adding 2 tbsp water. •In a wide based pan take wheat flour,add 6 tsp oil and salt, mix it properly with the help of hands. Add spinach puree and make a dough.
