Ingredients.... *Murmure / puffed rice...  6 Cup 1 Cup...150 ml *Gathi papadi... 1 Cup *Shev... 1 Cup *Khari Boondi... 1/2 cup *Peanuts... 1/2 Cup *Boiled and Diced Potatoes... 1 Cup *Chopped Onion...1/2 cup *Chopped Tomatoes... 1/4 Cup *Chopped coriander... 3 tablespoon *Green Chutney.... 1/2 Cup *Tamarind Chutney... 1 Cup *Salt and Red chillies powder.... as per your requirement Method.... *Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a pan, add peanuts and saute them on low flame till crisp. Set them aside, let it become cool. *Mix Murmure, boiled diced Potatoes, 1/4 th cup chopped Onions , A little Coriander and tomato, 1/2 cup Shev, Papadi, Boondi, Fried peanuts, 1 tbspn Green Chutney, 3 tbspn Tamarind Chutney, Red Chillies Powder and Salt as per your choice. Chatpati Bhindi
Bhindi also known as Ladies Fingers or Okra.
This simple but Tasty veg goes very well in your regular Meals, even to welcome your guests...
Simple but little spicy ...😋😋😋😋
This recipe is of my friend Vidya Pai
*Bhindi...500 grams
*Udad Dal...1 tsp
*Dry Coconut grated... 3 tsp
*Groundnut.... 2 tsp
*Cumin seeds.... 1 tsp
*Coriander Seeds...2 tsp
*Turmeric powder... 1/2 tsp
*Red Chilli Powder... 1.5 tsp
*Garlic cloves... 4
*Salt... 1 tsp
*Oil.... 5 tbspn
*Mustard Seeds... 1/4 tsp
*Wash and dry the Bhindi,
Slice them to medium thickness.
*Dry roast Cumin Seeds, Coriander Seeds, Groundnuts, Grated Coconut,  & Udad Dal seperately.
*Let it cool , mix and add Garlic cloves, grind from the Mixer without adding water to a fine Powder.
*Heat Oil in an Iron kadhai, add Mustard Seeds, after it splutters add chopped Bhindi. Mix properly.
*Add Turmeric Powder, Red Chilli Powder and Salt. Mix properly.
*Saute on medium flame stirring occasionally, till Bhindi is soft & cooked.
*Add above grinded Masala, mix properly, cook again for 2 minutes.
*Done, switch off the gas.
*Serve hot with Roti or Dal Rice.

 चटपटी भेंडी
 भेंडी ची ही चटपटीत भाजी खूप छान लागते व नेहमीच्या भाजी पेक्षा थोडी वेगळी आहे.
कांदा न घालताही छान खमंग चव येते...
 साधी पण थोडी मसालेदार ... 😋😋😋😋
ही भाजी आपण गरम गरम पोळी, किंवा वरण भात सोबत तर खाऊ शकतोच, पण पाहुणे आल्यावर ही बदल म्हणून करू शकतो.
आपल्याकडचे पाहुणे मंडळी नक्की खुष होतील बघा...
 साहित्य ....
 *भेंडी ... 500 ग्राम
 *उडीद डाळ ... 1 टिस्पून
 *सुके खोबरे किसलेले ... 3 टीस्पून
 *शेंगदाणे .... 2 टिस्पून
 *जिरे .... 1 टीस्पून
 *धणे  ... 2 चमचे
 *हळद ... 1/2 टीस्पून
 *लाल तिखट ... 1.5 टीस्पून
 *लसूण पाकळ्या ... 4
 *मीठ ... 1 टीस्पून
 *तेल .... 5 चमचे
 *मोहरी  ... 1/4 टीस्पून
 *भेंडी धुवून, कोरडी पुसुन, मध्यम जाडीच्या आकारात चिरून घ्या.
 * जिरे , धणे , शेंगदाणे, किसलेले खोबरे आणि उडदाची डाळ वेगवेगळी कोरडी भाजून घ्या.
 * गार होऊ द्या आणि मिक्सरमध्ये लसूण पाकळ्या घालून मिक्सरमधून कोरडेच बारीक वाटून घ्या. पाणी घालू नये.
 * लोखंडी कढईत तेल गरम करून त्यात मोहरी घालावी, तडतडल्यावर त्यात चिरलेली भिंडी घालावी.  नीट एकत्र करा.
 * हळद, लाल तिखट आणि मीठ घाला.  नीट मिसळा.
 भेंडी मऊ आणि शिजे पर्यंत  मध्यम आचेवर  परतावे.
 * वरील वाटलेला मसाला घाला, एकत्र करावे, पुन्हा २ मिनिट शिजवा.
 * भाजी तय्यार, गॅस बंद करा.
 * गरमागरम भाजी पोळी किंवा वरण भाता सोबत सर्व्ह करा.

  #RenuRasoi Chilli Garlic Shev No Soda  Very tasty and Crispy....  We used to have it only on Diwali...  But now you can prepare this at home very easily and enjoy it with a Cup of Tea or Coffee, as a accompaniment in snacks and meals....  We have not used soda or papad khar at all.  Ingredients...  * Cold water..1cup 1 Cup...150 ml  * Oil ... 1 cup  * Garlic paste..1 tsp  * Salt ... 2 tsp  * Red chili powder ... 3 tsp  *Chickpea flour ... 4 Cups... approximately  Method  * Add oil and water in mixer, whisk until it  turns frothy white in colour.  * Pour this water in a pot, add  red chilli powder, salt and garlic paste and mix properly.  *Add chickpea flour to make a soft dough.  * Hear I have used approximately four cups of gram flour.(1cup...150 ml)  * Fill this dough in the Shev mould. *Heat Oil in an iron kadhai, make a Shev by pressing from the mould in hot Oil.
