It is having the good ness of Mint, Coriander Onion and also Curd.  Very tasty and not much oil or ghee is used.  Everyone lin your family will love this.  Ingredients...  *Small baby Potatoes ... 500 gms   *Fresh home made curd... 1/2 liter  *Finely chopped fresh mint leaves... 2 tbsp   *Finely chopped fresh coriander...2 tbsp   *Finely chopped Onion... 2 tbsp  *Green Chilies... 2 cut into Big pieces   *Coriander seeds powder... 2 tsp   *Cumin seeds powder... 1/2 tsp   *Black Salt... 1/2 tsp   *Normal Salt... 1 tsp   *Sugar... 3 tsp   *Oil - for frying potatoes... 2 tbsp   * Homemade/ pure Ghee... 1 tbsp   *Cumi...

Bhindi also known as Ladies Fingers or Okra.
This simple but Tasty veg goes very well in your regular Meals, even to welcome your guests...
Simple but little spicy ...😋😋😋😋
This recipe is of my friend Vidya Pai
Ingredients....
*Bhindi...500 grams
*Udad Dal...1 tsp
*Dry Coconut grated... 3 tsp
*Groundnut.... 2 tsp
*Cumin seeds.... 1 tsp
*Coriander Seeds...2 tsp
*Turmeric powder... 1/2 tsp
*Red Chilli Powder... 1.5 tsp
*Garlic cloves... 4
*Salt... 1 tsp
*Oil.... 5 tbspn
*Mustard Seeds... 1/4 tsp
Method...
*Wash and dry the Bhindi,
Slice them to medium thickness.
*Dry roast Cumin Seeds, Coriander Seeds, Groundnuts, Grated Coconut,  & Udad Dal seperately.
*Let it cool , mix and add Garlic cloves, grind from the Mixer without adding water to a fine Powder.
*Heat Oil in an Iron kadhai, add Mustard Seeds, after it splutters add chopped Bhindi. Mix properly.
*Add Turmeric Powder, Red Chilli Powder and Salt. Mix properly.
*Saute on medium flame stirring occasionally, till Bhindi is soft & cooked.
*Add above grinded Masala, mix properly, cook again for 2 minutes.
*Done, switch off the gas.
*Serve hot with Roti or Dal Rice.

 भेंडी ची ही चटपटीत भाजी खूप छान लागते व नेहमीच्या भाजी पेक्षा थोडी वेगळी आहे.
कांदा न घालताही छान खमंग चव येते...
 साधी पण थोडी मसालेदार ... 😋😋😋😋
ही भाजी आपण गरम गरम पोळी, किंवा वरण भात सोबत तर खाऊ शकतोच, पण पाहुणे आल्यावर ही बदल म्हणून करू शकतो.
आपल्याकडचे पाहुणे मंडळी नक्की खुष होतील बघा...
 साहित्य ....
 *भेंडी ... 500 ग्राम
 *उडीद डाळ ... 1 टिस्पून
 *सुके खोबरे किसलेले ... 3 टीस्पून
 *शेंगदाणे .... 2 टिस्पून
 *जिरे .... 1 टीस्पून
 *धणे  ... 2 चमचे
 *हळद ... 1/2 टीस्पून
 *लाल तिखट ... 1.5 टीस्पून
 *लसूण पाकळ्या ... 4
 *मीठ ... 1 टीस्पून
 *तेल .... 5 चमचे
 *मोहरी  ... 1/4 टीस्पून
  ...
 *भेंडी धुवून, कोरडी पुसुन, मध्यम जाडीच्या आकारात चिरून घ्या.
 * जिरे , धणे , शेंगदाणे, किसलेले खोबरे आणि उडदाची डाळ वेगवेगळी कोरडी भाजून घ्या.
 * गार होऊ द्या आणि मिक्सरमध्ये लसूण पाकळ्या घालून मिक्सरमधून कोरडेच बारीक वाटून घ्या. पाणी घालू नये.
 * लोखंडी कढईत तेल गरम करून त्यात मोहरी घालावी, तडतडल्यावर त्यात चिरलेली भिंडी घालावी.  नीट एकत्र करा.
 * हळद, लाल तिखट आणि मीठ घाला.  नीट मिसळा.
 भेंडी मऊ आणि शिजे पर्यंत  मध्यम आचेवर  परतावे.
 * वरील वाटलेला मसाला घाला, एकत्र करावे, पुन्हा २ मिनिट शिजवा.
 * भाजी तय्यार, गॅस बंद करा.
 * गरमागरम भाजी पोळी किंवा वरण भाता सोबत सर्व्ह करा.
