Ingredients.... *Murmure / puffed rice...  6 Cup 1 Cup...150 ml *Gathi papadi... 1 Cup *Shev... 1 Cup *Khari Boondi... 1/2 cup *Peanuts... 1/2 Cup *Boiled and Diced Potatoes... 1 Cup *Chopped Onion...1/2 cup *Chopped Tomatoes... 1/4 Cup *Chopped coriander... 3 tablespoon *Green Chutney.... 1/2 Cup *Tamarind Chutney... 1 Cup *Salt and Red chillies powder.... as per your requirement Method.... *Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a pan, add peanuts and saute them on low flame till crisp. Set them aside, let it become cool. *Mix Murmure, boiled diced Potatoes, 1/4 th cup chopped Onions , A little Coriander and tomato, 1/2 cup Shev, Papadi, Boondi, Fried peanuts, 1 tbspn Green Chutney, 3 tbspn Tamarind Chutney, Red Chillies Powder and Salt as per your choice. Very easy and healthy... besides Tasty too...😋😋😋😋
All in one... Carbohydrates Proteins and green Vegie as well as Spices.
Today I have served this with Carrot Radish Pickle...
Detailed Recipe on the following link...
*Raw Rice... 1 Cup
*Moong Dal/ split Greengram... 1/2  Cup
*Oil... 4 tbspn
*Spinach washed and chopped... 3 Cups
*Salt... 1.5 tsp
*Red Chili Powder... 1/2 tsp
*Turmeric powder... 1/4 tsp
*Grated Ginger... 1 tsp
*Garlic cloves... 3... chopped
*Goda Masala... 1 tsp... Optional
*Wash Rice & Moong Dal properly.
Keep it aside.
*Steam Spinach in a Pan without adding water. When it cools grind from the Mixer without adding water.
*Heat Oil in the Pressure Cooker, add Mustard & Cumin Seeds, after it splutters add Turmeric Powder, Grated Ginger, chopped Garlic. *Saute , and add Spinach, once again saute for 5 minutes.
*Add Red Chilli Powder, Salt, Rice and Dal mix as well as Goda Masala. Mix properly.
*Add 3 Cups Water, cook on a medium flame for one whistle.
*Serve hot with home made Ghee, Curd, Pickle and Papad.

पालक  खिचडी
गरमा गरम खिचडी व तूप नि ताजे लोणचे खायची इच्छा झाली.
पण भाजी पण पोटात गेली पाहिजे, मग केली पालक भाजी घालून खिचडी.
इतकी स्वादिष्ट झाली की पुन्हा अशीच करत जा अशी सर्वांकडून मागणी झाली..
ह्या खिचडी सोबत गाजर मुळ्याचे लोणचे सर्व्ह केले आहे.
ही रेसिपी तुम्हाला खालील लिंक वर बोट ठेवले की इंग्लिश व मराठीत मिळेल....
*तांदूळ... 1  वाटी 
*मुगाची डाळ... 1/2 वाटी
*स्वच्छ धुवून बारीक चिरलेला पालक... 3 वाटी *तेल... 4 टेबलस्पून
*मीठ... 1.5 टिस्पून
*हळद...1/4 टिस्पून
*तिखट... 1/2 टिस्पून
*मोहरी व जिरे 1/4  टिस्पून प्रत्येकी
*गोडा मसाला.... 1 टिस्पून
*आले किस... 1 टिस्पून
*लसूण पाकळ्या... 3 चिरून घ्या.
*डाळ व तांदुळ स्वच्छ धुवून बाजूला ठेवा.
*चिरलेला पालक एका कढईत घालून पाणी वगैरे काही न घालता वाफवून घ्या. गार झाल्यावर मिक्सरमधून पाणी न घालता वाटून घ्या.
 *कुकर मध्ये तेल गरम करून मोहरी व जिरे घालून फोडणी करा, हळद व आले किस आणि लसूण पाकळ्या घाला.
*मग वाटलेला पालक घालून 5 मिनिटे परता, त्यात तिखट व मीठ घाला, तांदूळ व डाळीचे मिश्रण घालून परता, गोडा मसाला व 3 वाटी पाणी घालून ढवळा. मध्यम आचेवर 1 शिट्टी होऊ द्या.
*साजूक तूप घालून वाढा.
*सोबत आपल्याला आवडेल ते तोंडी लावणे दया.
*मी ताजे लोणचे,पापड व दही वाढले आहे.

  #RenuRasoi Chilli Garlic Shev No Soda  Very tasty and Crispy....  We used to have it only on Diwali...  But now you can prepare this at home very easily and enjoy it with a Cup of Tea or Coffee, as a accompaniment in snacks and meals....  We have not used soda or papad khar at all.  Ingredients...  * Cold water..1cup 1 Cup...150 ml  * Oil ... 1 cup  * Garlic paste..1 tsp  * Salt ... 2 tsp  * Red chili powder ... 3 tsp  *Chickpea flour ... 4 Cups... approximately  Method  * Add oil and water in mixer, whisk until it  turns frothy white in colour.  * Pour this water in a pot, add  red chilli powder, salt and garlic paste and mix properly.  *Add chickpea flour to make a soft dough.  * Hear I have used approximately four cups of gram flour.(1cup...150 ml)  * Fill this dough in the Shev mould. *Heat Oil in an iron kadhai, make a Shev by pressing from the mould in hot Oil.
