Ingredients.... *Murmure / puffed rice...  6 Cup 1 Cup...150 ml *Gathi papadi... 1 Cup *Shev... 1 Cup *Khari Boondi... 1/2 cup *Peanuts... 1/2 Cup *Boiled and Diced Potatoes... 1 Cup *Chopped Onion...1/2 cup *Chopped Tomatoes... 1/4 Cup *Chopped coriander... 3 tablespoon *Green Chutney.... 1/2 Cup *Tamarind Chutney... 1 Cup *Salt and Red chillies powder.... as per your requirement Method.... *Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a pan, add peanuts and saute them on low flame till crisp. This Masala Brinjal is vary Tasty 😋😋😋😋
Masala is simple, made from easily available ingredients in the home.
No grinding & Pre Preperations are required.
Very healthy to prepare in Summer.
Since dry Veg Preperation...easy to carry in Tiffins too...
*Green Small Brinjals.. 250  gms
*Chopped Coriander... 1/2 Cup
*Onion... finely chopped...1.5 Cup
*Coriander Powder..2 tbspn
*Dry Coconut grated...2 tbspn
*Roasted Ground Nut Powder...1 tbspn
*Red Chilly Powder... 2 tsp
*Raw Mango /Aamchur Powder ...1 tsp
*Salt ...1 tsp
*Sugar... 1/2 ts
*Oil ... 1/2 Cup...100 ml
*Slit cross the Brinjals keeping the bottom intact.
*Mix all the ingredients except Oil. *Stuff them in Brijals...keep the left over masala aside...
*Heat the Oil in an lron kadhai, add 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder, place the Brinjals carefully .
*Cook them on low flame for 3..4..minutes stirring occasionally.
*Cover with the lid n cook on low flame till soft...add leftover masala...mix n cook for 2..3 mts.
Serve with Roti, Jawar Bhakari or Dal Rice

उन्हाळा सुरू झाला की चमचमीत भाजी तर खावीशी वाटते पण खूप मसाला पण नको वाटतो.... तेंव्हा ही मसाल्याची वांग्याची भाजी नक्की करून पहा...
मसाला भरून केलेली ही वांग्याची भाजी खूप रस्सेदार नाही आहे... छान सुकी आहे.... डब्यात न्यायला पण सोयीची आहे...
अतिशय चवदार व अप्रतिम लागते व करायसाठी पण सोपी आहे... वाटण घाटण करण्याची गरज नाही....
साहित्य ...
*हिरवी काटेरी छोटी छोटी वांगी... 250 ग्राम
*कोथिंबीर चिरून...1/2 वाटी
*धने पूड ... 2 टेबलस्पून
*सुके खोबरे कीस...2 टेबलस्पून
*भाजलेल्या शेंगदाण्याचे कूट...1 टेबलस्पून
*लाल तिखट... 2 टीस्पून
*मीठ...1 टीस्पून
*आमचूर पावडर...1  टीस्पून
*साखर ...1/2 टीस्पून
*कांदा बारीक चिरून...1.5 वाटी
*हिंग पावडर...1/4  टीस्पून
*तेल...1/2 वाटी
*प्रथम वांगी स्वच्छ धुवून त्याला खालील टोक तुटणार नाही अशी काळजी घेऊन चिरा देऊन घ्या. क्रॉस किंवा फुली आकाराचे.
*तेल सोडून बाकी सर्व साहित्य एकत्र करून घ्या.
*सगळा मसाला छान एकत्र करून वांग्यात मध्ये काळजीपूर्वक भरून घ्या.
*उरलेला मसाला बाजूला ठेवून द्या.
*आता एका लोखंडी कढईत तेल तापवुन त्यात पाव टिस्पून हळद घालून, मसाला भरलेली वांगी काळजीपूर्वक ठेवा किंवा लावा.
*हळुवार हाताने 3..4 मिनिटं परतून घ्या.
*नंतर त्यावर झाकण ठेवून मंद आचेवर, वांगी म‌उ होईपर्यंत शिजू द्या.
*मग उरलेला मसाला घालून पुन्हा दोन-तीन मिनिटं शिजू द्या.

ही भाजी पोळी, भाकरी अथवा वरण-भात कशा सोबतही छान लागते.

  #RenuRasoi Chilli Garlic Shev No Soda  Very tasty and Crispy....  We used to have it only on Diwali...  But now you can prepare this at home very easily and enjoy it with a Cup of Tea or Coffee, as a accompaniment in snacks and meals....  We have not used soda or papad khar at all.  Ingredients...  * Cold water..1cup 1 Cup...150 ml  * Oil ... 1 cup  * Garlic paste..1 tsp  * Salt ... 2 tsp  * Red chili powder ... 3 tsp  *Chickpea flour ... 4 Cups... approximately  Method  * Add oil and water in mixer, whisk until it  turns frothy white in colour.  * Pour this water in a pot, add  red chilli powder, salt and garlic paste and mix properly.  *Add chickpea flour to make a soft dough.  * Hear I have used approximately four cups of gram flour.(1cup...150 ml)  * Fill this dough in the Shev mould. *Heat Oil in an iron kadhai, make a Shev by pressing from the mould in hot Oil.
