Since I had very little time today, I prepared this quick version of Aluchi Vadi. It has the same delicious traditional taste but is much easier and faster to make. Here I have tried to cut Radish, Cucumber, Beet, Carrots, Onion all in different shapes...
Peel the Carrots, and cut them diagonally.
Slice the Green Cucumber.
Peel the Radish with the help of peeler.
Slice Beetroots on wafer maker.
Peel the small Onions and keep them as it is.
Roasted green chillies to add a zing...
