Ingredients.... *Murmure / puffed rice...  6 Cup 1 Cup...150 ml *Gathi papadi... 1 Cup *Shev... 1 Cup *Khari Boondi... 1/2 cup *Peanuts... 1/2 Cup *Boiled and Diced Potatoes... 1 Cup *Chopped Onion...1/2 cup *Chopped Tomatoes... 1/4 Cup *Chopped coriander... 3 tablespoon *Green Chutney.... 1/2 Cup *Tamarind Chutney... 1 Cup *Salt and Red chillies powder.... as per your requirement Method.... *Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a pan, add peanuts and saute them on low flame till crisp. Set them aside, let it become cool. *Mix Murmure, boiled diced Potatoes, 1/4 th cup chopped Onions , A little Coriander and tomato, 1/2 cup Shev, Papadi, Boondi, Fried peanuts, 1 tbspn Green Chutney, 3 tbspn Tamarind Chutney, Red Chillies Powder and Salt as per your choice. This is a traditional  preparation, which tastes heavenly with hot Rice n Ghee....😋😋
It needs a little bit pre Preperations.

*Field Beans...1 Cup
*For marination...
Grind 3 Garlic pods, 1/2 tsp chopped Ginger & 1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds without adding water. Also add 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder, 1 tsp Coriander Seeds Powder,1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder.
*For Masala...
Grated Fresh Coconut...1/2 Cup
Green Chillies chopped...3
Garlic cloves...3
Chopped Ginger...1/2 tsp
Cumin seeds...1/2 tsp
Grind all to a fine paste without adding water.
*Onion chopped... 1
*Oil...5 tbspn
*Turmeric Powder...1/4 tsp
*Red Chilli Powder...1 tsp
*Coriander Seeds Powder...1 tsp
*Fresh Coriander chopped...2 tbsp
*Mustard Seeds...1/4 tsp
*Jaggery...2 tsp
*Curry leaves...8
*Hot water...4 Cup
*Soak Beans in 3 Cup Water for 10 hours.
*Drain out all the Water & let it sprout by wrapping in clean cloth or in sprout maker. It will take 24 hours to get beautiful sprouts.
*Make a lukewarm water, add all these beans. This process helps in peeling. Peel all the Beans.
*You will get 1.5 cup Beans.
* Apply with gentle hands all the marination. Keep it aside for 30 minutes.
*Heat Oil , add Mustard Seeds...let it splutter, add Turmeric Powder , chopped Onions. Saute till it turns soft. Also add Curry leaves.
*Add Red Chilli Powder, Coriander Seeds Powder mix properly.
* Add grinded Masala, saute on medium flame till Oil leaves the sides of the Pan.
* Add marinated Beans, mix properly, saute again for 3..4 minutes.
*Add 4 Cups hot water, mix properly, cover with the lid. Let it cook on low flame for 10 minutes.
* Remove the lid, add Salt, Kokum and Jaggery. Mix properly. Cook for 3..4 minutes.
* Switch off the gas. Garnish with chopped Coriander.
*Serve hot with Rice or Roti.
*Tip...You can replace Kolam by using Tamarind pulp.

Chilli Garlic Shev

  #RenuRasoi Chilli Garlic Shev No Soda  Very tasty and Crispy....  We used to have it only on Diwali...  But now you can prepare this at home very easily and enjoy it with a Cup of Tea or Coffee, as a accompaniment in snacks and meals....  We have not used soda or papad khar at all.  Ingredients...  * Cold water..1cup 1 Cup...150 ml  * Oil ... 1 cup  * Garlic paste..1 tsp  * Salt ... 2 tsp  * Red chili powder ... 3 tsp  *Chickpea flour ... 4 Cups... approximately  Method  * Add oil and water in mixer, whisk until it  turns frothy white in colour.  * Pour this water in a pot, add  red chilli powder, salt and garlic paste and mix properly.  *Add chickpea flour to make a soft dough.  * Hear I have used approximately four cups of gram flour.(1cup...150 ml)  * Fill this dough in the Shev mould. *Heat Oil in an iron kadhai, make a Shev by pressing from the mould in hot Oil. Do not overlap it. Flip after 1 minutes.  * Fry in hot oil over medium heat, take care not to overcook it.  * When coo
