Bitter Field Beans or कडवे वाल
This is a traditional  preparation, which tastes heavenly with hot Rice n Ghee....😋😋
It needs a little bit pre Preperations.

*Field Beans...1 Cup
*For marination...
Grind 3 Garlic pods, 1/2 tsp chopped Ginger & 1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds without adding water. Also add 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder, 1 tsp Coriander Seeds Powder,1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder.
*For Masala...
Grated Fresh Coconut...1/2 Cup
Green Chillies chopped...3
Garlic cloves...3
Chopped Ginger...1/2 tsp
Cumin seeds...1/2 tsp
Grind all to a fine paste without adding water.
*Onion chopped... 1
*Oil...5 tbspn
*Turmeric Powder...1/4 tsp
*Red Chilli Powder...1 tsp
*Coriander Seeds Powder...1 tsp
*Fresh Coriander chopped...2 tbsp
*Mustard Seeds...1/4 tsp
*Jaggery...2 tsp
*Curry leaves...8
*Hot water...4 Cup
*Soak Beans in 3 Cup Water for 10 hours.
*Drain out all the Water & let it sprout by wrapping in clean cloth or in sprout maker. It will take 24 hours to get beautiful sprouts.
*Make a lukewarm water, add all these beans. This process helps in peeling. Peel all the Beans.
*You will get 1.5 cup Beans.
* Apply with gentle hands all the marination. Keep it aside for 30 minutes.
*Heat Oil , add Mustard Seeds...let it splutter, add Turmeric Powder , chopped Onions. Saute till it turns soft. Also add Curry leaves.
*Add Red Chilli Powder, Coriander Seeds Powder mix properly.
* Add grinded Masala, saute on medium flame till Oil leaves the sides of the Pan.
* Add marinated Beans, mix properly, saute again for 3..4 minutes.
*Add 4 Cups hot water, mix properly, cover with the lid. Let it cook on low flame for 10 minutes.
* Remove the lid, add Salt, Kokum and Jaggery. Mix properly. Cook for 3..4 minutes.
* Switch off the gas. Garnish with chopped Coriander.
*Serve hot with Rice or Roti.
*Tip...You can replace Kolam by using Tamarind pulp.

#रेणूरसोई #झटपट #दोसा सकाळच्या घाईच्या वेळेत, स्वयंपाक व नाश्ता हे दोन्ही आटपून 9 वाजता ऑफिससाठी घराबाहेर पडणे म्हणजे तारेवरची कसरत😊. त्यात माझा दिवसाची सुरुवात होणारा नाश्ता हा पोषक असावा ह्या गोष्टीवर भर असतो. मग अशावेळेस खुप युक्ती लढवाव्या लागतात. आज त्यातीलच एक चवदार प्रकार... खमंग दोसा...बिना चटणीचा तरी चवदार... लोखंडी तवा वापरून हि पटकन होणारा... झटपट दोसा... साहित्य... जाड तांदुळ..3 वाटी उडीद डाळ...1 वाटी मेथीदाणा...1 tsp मीठ.... 3.5 tsp जाड पण तिखट हिरवी मिरची ..4,5 खोबरेल तेल...1/2 वाटी कृती.... तांदुळ, डाळ स्वछ धुवून व मेथीदाणे घालुन 4..5 तास भिजवा. मिक्सर मध्ये बारीक वाटून घ्या, फार पातळ वाटु नका. रात्रभर आंबवुन घ्या. सकाळी त्यात मीठ घालून, मिक्स करा, गरज वाटली तर 1 वाटी पाणी घालून पातळ करा. गॅसवर स्वच्छ घासलेला लोखंडी तवा 5 मिनिटे तापवत ठेवा. गॅस कमी करून , त्यावर 2 tsp तेल पसरवून अजून 3 मिनिटे तापवा. आपला तवा दोसे करायला सिद्ध झाला. तवा मंद गॅसवर करा, 2..3 थेंब तेल घालून पसरवा, 2 मोठे चमचे भरून पीठ घाला, झटपट गोल पसरवा. खुप पातळ नको, जाडसर ठेवा.

For Bhajani... *Rice...1kg *Split Chickpea Dal..1/2kg *Split Black Gram Dal...250 grams *Coriander seeds...1/2 cup *Cumin seeds...1/4 Cup Method for Bhajani... *Wash Rice and both the Dal separately. *Sun dry the Dal, Rice should be dried in home only. *Roast all the ingredients seperately on low flame. *The correct way of roasting is , while roasting take some grains in your hands, if they are too hot to hold, it is done. *Roast Coriander Seeds n Cumin seeds for 2..3 minutes only. *Let it cool, grind it from the flour mill. *You can use this flour in other Recipes too. *It has a shelf life of 3 months in dry weather conditions.
