With the beginning of March Raw Mangoes are available in market now.
Lots of tasty dishes are prepared from these Raw Mangoes.... various types of Pickles, Chutney, Takku, Methamba....etc😋😋
Today I have prepared Aam Panha which is not only tasty but healthy too. It helps to maintain your body temperature in summer.
Aam Panha is prepared in 2..3ways.
Today I am sharing Panha recipe by using Jaggery.
*Raw Mango...1
*Jaggery... finely chopped, Double the size of Mango pulp.                   
*Salt...1/2 Teaspoon
*Water...4 Cup (approximately)
*Steam the Mango in water till Mango is soft. Do not pressure cook the Mango, it tastes differently.
*When Mango is cool , peel it and take the pulp. Throw away the Skin n Seed .
*Measure the Pulp...use Jaggery double the quantity of Pulp. I got 1/2 Cup, so I have taken 1 Cup Jaggery. You can adjust it as per your taste requirements.
*Add Salt , mix it properly. If any lumps are there, blend it with the help of hand blender or from the Mixer.
*Add 4 Cups chilled Water, mix properly...serve.
*You can refrigerate this pulp, add chilled water , mix properly.
*Serve cool.

मार्च महिना आला की बाजारात कैऱ्या मिळायला सुरुवात होते.
मग घरोघरी सुरू होऊन जातात  ताजे तात्पुरते तिखट लोणचे ,गोड लोणचे, कैरी कांद्याचे लोणचे, चटणी, मेथांबा, कैरी भात, पन्हे... किती किती प्रकार...😋😋😋
कैरीचे पन्हे तीन चार प्रकारे  करतो...
आज केले आहे कैरीचे गूळ घालून पन्हे...
*कैरी... एक
*गुळ चिरून...कैरी गराच्या दुप्पट
*मीठ...1/2 टीस्पून
*पाणी...4 वाटी
*कैरी पाण्यात म‌ऊ होईपर्यंत उकडून घ्या. कुकर मध्ये उकडू नका. चव वेगळी येते.
* कैरी गार झाल्यावर साल काढून, गर काढुन घ्या. साल व कोय फेकून द्या.
*गर मोजून घ्या, कैरी गराच्या दुप्पट गुळ व मीठ घालून एकजीव करून घ्या.
* अजिबात गुठळी राहू देउ नका... वाटल्यास ब्लेंडर व मिक्सरमध्ये एकजीव करुन घ्या.
* गार पाणी घालून सर्व्ह करा.
*पाणी न घालता, फ्रिज मधे ठेवून वेळेवर पाणी घालून करु शकता.
*फार जास्त पाणी घातल्यास पांचट लागते, थोडं दाटसर चवदार लागते.

  #RenuRasoi Chilli Garlic Shev No Soda  Very tasty and Crispy....  We used to have it only on Diwali...  But now you can prepare this at home very easily and enjoy it with a Cup of Tea or Coffee, as a accompaniment in snacks and meals....  We have not used soda or papad khar at all.  Ingredients...  * Cold water..1cup 1 Cup...150 ml  * Oil ... 1 cup  * Garlic paste..1 tsp  * Salt ... 2 tsp  * Red chili powder ... 3 tsp  *Chickpea flour ... 4 Cups... approximately  Method  * Add oil and water in mixer, whisk until it  turns frothy white in colour.  * Pour this water in a pot, add  red chilli powder, salt and garlic paste and mix properly.  *Add chickpea flour to make a soft dough.  * Hear I have used approximately four cups of gram flour.(1cup...150 ml)  * Fill this dough in the Shev mould. *Heat Oil in an iron kadhai, make a Shev by pressing from the mould in hot Oil.
