#RenuRasoi  #Aluchi Vadi  #Steamed  #Colocasia #Leaf  #Snack Nowadays, during the monsoon season, very tender and small colocasia (arbi/taro) leaves are growing in my pot.  Since I had very little time today, I prepared this quick version of Aluchi Vadi.  It has the same delicious traditional taste but is much easier and faster to make. Ingredients (1 cup = 150 ml) *Washed & finely chopped colocasia (taro) leaves, – 2 cups *Tamarind – a lemon-sized piece *Gram flour (besan) – 1 cup *Rice flour – ½ cup *Red chilli powder – 3 teaspoons *Salt – 1½ teaspoons *Sugar – 1 teaspoon *Coriander powder – 3 teaspoons *Carom seeds (ajwain) – ¼ teaspoon *Turmeric powder – 1 teaspoon *White sesame seeds – 1 tablespoon Method 1. One dish Meal as well as accompaniment with Bhagar...
Very tasty and yummmy 😋😋😋😋
Ingredients...
*Potato... peeled and diced...1 Cup
1 Cup...400 ml
*Roasted Peanuts Powder...1/4 th Cup
*Chopped Coriander...1/4 th Cup
*Green Chillies... Chopped.. 4
*Cumin seeds...1/4 th tsp
*Groundnut Oil... 4 tbspn
Or
Homemade Ghee... 4 tbspn
*Grated Raw Mango... 4 tsp
* Salt... 1 tsp
*Sugar... 1/2 tsp
Method...
*In a mixer jar grind chopped Coriander, Green Chillies and roasted Groundnut Powder without adding water. After first grinding add 1/4 th Cup water and grind to a fine paste.
*Heat Oil in a pan , add Cumin Seeds, after it crackles add Potatoes, saute on medium flame for 10 minutes sauting occasionally.
*Add grinded mix, grated Raw Mango,mix properly, saute for 2 minutes, add 1.5 cups water.
*Cook on medium flame stirring occasionally till Potato become soft.
*Add Sugar and Salt, give a nice boil.
*Switch off the Gas, serve hot in a serving bowl.
Note... If Raw Mango is not available you can add Lemon Juice, Sour Curd, Kokum, Tamarind Pulp as per your choice, also add Jaggery or Sugar to adjust the taste.

 खूप चवदार आणि स्वादिष्ट लागते 😋😋😋😋
 साहित्य ...
 * बटाटे ... सोलून व छोटे छोटे चौकोनी तुकडे करून ... 2 वाटी
 1 वाटी ... 200 मि.ली.
 *भाजलेल्या शेंगदाण्याचा कुट... 1/2 वाटी
 * चिरलेली कोथिंबीर ... 1/2 वाटी
 * हिरव्या मिरच्या ... चिरून .. 4
 * जिरे ... 1/4 टीस्पून
 * शेंगदाणा तेल ... 4 टेबलस्पून
 किंवा
 साजूक तूप ... 4 टेबलस्पून
 * किसलेली कैरी ... 4 टीस्पून
 * मीठ ... 1 टीस्पून
 * साखर ... 1/2 टीस्पून
 कृती ...
 * मिक्सरमध्ये बारीक चिरलेली कोथिंबीर, हिरवी मिरची आणि भाजलेली शेंगदाण्याची पूड पाणी न घालता वाटा.  नंतर त्यात 1/2 वाटी पाणी घाला आणि बारीक वाटून घ्या.
 *कढईत तेल गरम करून त्यात जिरे घालावे व तडतडल्यावर त्यात बटाटे घालावे व मध्यम आचेवर 10 मिनिटे परतून घ्यावे.
 * मग कोथिंबीर मिरची चे वाटण, किसलेली कैरी घाला, छान एकत्र करून  2 मिनिटे परतावे  मग 3 वाटी पाणी घाला.
 *बटाटा मऊ होईपर्यंत मध्यम आचेवर शिजू द्या. अधुन मधून परतत रहा.
 * साखर आणि मीठ घालून छान उकळी द्या.
 * गॅस बंद करा,  गरमागरम भाजी सर्व्ह करा.
नुसती पण खायला मस्त लागते.
भगर किंवा साबुदाणा खिचडी सोबत सुद्धा मस्तच 👌👌
टीप...1) कैरी किस नसल्यास लिंबू रस, आंबट दही, आमसुले, चिंचेचा कोळ आपल्या आवडीनुसार कमी जास्त प्रमाणात घालून गुळ किंवा साखर घालावी.
2) पाणी आपल्या आवडीनुसार जास्त घालून अजून रसदार भाजी करू शकतो.
