Since I had very little time today, I prepared this quick version of Aluchi Vadi. It has the same delicious traditional taste but is much easier and faster to make. Ingredients (1 cup = 150 ml) *Washed & finely chopped colocasia (taro) leaves, – 2 cups *Tamarind – a lemon-sized piece *Gram flour (besan) – 1 cup *Rice flour – ½ cup *Red chilli powder – 3 teaspoons *Salt – 1½ teaspoons *Sugar – 1 teaspoon *Coriander powder – 3 teaspoons *Carom seeds (ajwain) – ¼ teaspoon *Turmeric powder – 1 teaspoon *White sesame seeds – 1 tablespoon Method 1. Leftover Roti Paratha
Lot's of Rotis of yesterday night were remaining. So I kept them immediately in the Refrigerator.
In the morning converted it into crispy Desi Ghee ke Paratha with tangy Tomatoes Pickle...
Everybody in the family likes it..
Infact there was a demand that I should prepare it in more quantity...😄
Ingredients...
*Leftover Roti...6
*Homemade Ghee...8..10 TSP
*Tomato Pickle ... for serving
Method...
*Heat the Iron Tawa/Pan.
*Place the Roti on it, immediately coat it with liquid Ghee, flip the side.
*Repeat the process on the other side too.
*Roast till Pink in colour by pressing it with spatula, on both the sides.
*Serve crispy crunchy Paratha with Tomato Pickle.
Tastes Yummmm 😋😋

शिळ्या पोळ्यांचे पराठे
काल रात्री पोळ्या थोड्या उरलेल्या होत्या.
मी लगेच त्या फ्रीजमध्ये ठेवून दिल्या.
नेहमीप्रमाणे पोळीचा कुस्करा किंवा तुपगुळ पोळीचा लाडू न करता खमंग खुसखुशीत पराठे केले.
सगळ्यांनी हा हा म्हणता फस्त केले...😄
पुढील वेळेस खुप कर अशी मागणी आली...
साहित्य...
*पोळी...6
*साजूक तूप... 7..8 टी स्पून
*टमाट्याचे लोणचे... आपल्या आवडीनुसार
कृती...
*लोखंडी तव्यावर पोळी ठेवावी व पातळ साजूक तूप पसरवून लगेच पोळी उलटुन घ्या.
*दुसऱ्या बाजूला पण तुप लावून घ्यावे.
*सराट्याने दाबुन दोन्ही बाजूने मध्यम आचेवर
गुलाबी à¤ाजून घ्या.
*खमंग कुरकुरीत पराठे टमाट्याच्या लोणच्यासोबत सर्व्ह करा...
