It cures indigestion as well as it helps to increase appetite.  Very tasty and easy to prepare. You can get these vegetables  in the local market in rainy season. In some areas this veg is also called as "गुनगुण्याची भाजी" Ingredients  1 Cup...150 ml *Patur Veg... finely chopped...3 cups *Yellow moong dal... 1/2 Cup  *Garlic pods... 6 *Oil... 4 tbspn  *Mustard seeds... 1/2 tsp  *Turmeric powder... 1/2 tsp *Red chilli powder... 1/2 tsp  *Salt... 1/2 tsp  *Lemon juice... 1 tsp  *Chopped coriander... 1 tbspn  *Grated coconut... 1 tbspn  Method... *Wash and soak yellow moong dal in sufficient water for 2 hours. *Here I have taken 2 bundle s of Patur Veg. Clean and take leaves only. Wash it thoroughly and chop finely.

This roti goes very well with Sarso ka Sag.
Let's see how to prepare this..
Ingredients..
*Maize flour...1Cup
1 Cup.... 150 ml
*Wheat flour...1/4 Cup
*Salt...1/4 tsp
*Warm Water... for binding
Method...
*Mix both the flour and salt.
*Make a soft dough by using warm Water.
*Let it rest for 15 minutes.
* Divide the dough in Four parts.
*Roll out the Rotis by coating Wheat
flour.
*Cook on the Iron griddle from both the sides.
*You can make Roti using Maize flour only.  But Wheat flour helps to roll out  the Roti easily.
*You can make all the Rotis in advance and while serving just heat them on High flame gas.

मक‌ई की रोटी म्हणजे आपल्या मक्याची पोळी😄 पण उत्तरेकडे ही सरसोच्या भाजी सोबत खाल्ली जात असल्याने सरसों का साग व मक्की की रोटी की जोडी प्रसिद्ध आहे..
आज पाहूया मक‌ई की रोटी...
साहित्य...
*मक्याचे पीठ ...एक वाटी
1 वाटी.... 150 मिली
*कणीक ...पाव वाटी
*मीठ ...पाव टिस्पून
*गरम पाणी ...पिठ भिजवण्याकरीता
कृती...
*मक्याचे पीठ गव्हाचे पीठ व मीठ एकत्र करून घ्या.
*गरम पाणी वापरून कणिक भिजवून घ्या. रोजच्या  पोळी पेक्षा पीठ थोडे म‌उ असावे.
*पंधरा मिनिटांनंतर पोळ्या करू शकता.
*वरील पिठाचे  चार गोळे करा.
*गव्हाच्या पिठाची पिठी लावून पोळ्या लाटून घ्या ,लोखंडी तव्यावर दोन्ही बाजूंनी खमंग भाजून घ्या.
*तुम्ही या पोळ्या नुसत्या मक्याच्या पीठाच्या पण करू शकता ,पण गव्हाचे पिठ घातल्याने पोळी जास्त सुरेख लाटल्या जाते.
*अशाप्रकारे सगळ्या पोळ्या करून ठेवा, व वाढताना गॅस हायवर ठेवून फटाफट शेकुन गरमागरम पोळी वाढा 😄
