In some areas this veg is also called as "गुनगुण्याची à¤ाजी" Ingredients 1 Cup...150 ml *Patur Veg... finely chopped...3 cups *Yellow moong dal... 1/2 Cup *Garlic pods... 6 *Oil... 4 tbspn *Mustard seeds... 1/2 tsp *Turmeric powder... 1/2 tsp *Red chilli powder... 1/2 tsp *Salt... 1/2 tsp *Lemon juice... 1 tsp *Chopped coriander... 1 tbspn *Grated coconut... 1 tbspn Method... *Wash and soak yellow moong dal in sufficient water for 2 hours. *Here I have taken 2 bundle s of Patur Veg. Clean and take leaves only. Wash it thoroughly and chop finely.

# Lemon Rice
This is a very tasty and yummy Rice preparation... Full of Carbohydrates and Proteins.
A nice tangy flavour of Lemon and Curry Leaves makes it more tasty.
Ingredients...
*Cooked rice ....2 cups
*Raw Peanuts n roasted Chickpeas Dal... 1 tbspn each
*Grated Coconut...1 tbsp
*Oil... 1/2 tbsp
*Lemon juice...2 tsp
*Sugar...1/2 tsp
*Salt...1/2 tsp
*Dry Red Chillies... 3
*Termeric...1/4 tsp.
*Curry patta leaves...8 to10
*Mustard Seeds...1/8 tsp
*Asafoetida Powder...a pinch
Method. ..
*Soak Peanuts n roasted Chickpeas dal in a water for 1 hour.
*If you are in hurry do not soak it...fry in oil...but soaked one tastes better.
*Heat Oil in a pan add Mustard Seeds,when it splutters..add Asafoetida Powder.. Curry Leaves, broken Dry Red Chillies, stir for a minute.
*Add soaked Peanuts , Chickpeas Dal and grated Coconut.
*Saute for 2 minutes..add Lemon juice, Sugar and Salt.
*Mix properly. ..add cooked Rice mix...steam for 2..3 mts..
*Ready to serve. ..
