Ingredients.... *Murmure / puffed rice...  6 Cup 1 Cup...150 ml *Gathi papadi... 1 Cup *Shev... 1 Cup *Khari Boondi... 1/2 cup *Peanuts... 1/2 Cup *Boiled and Diced Potatoes... 1 Cup *Chopped Onion...1/2 cup *Chopped Tomatoes... 1/4 Cup *Chopped coriander... 3 tablespoon *Green Chutney.... 1/2 Cup *Tamarind Chutney... 1 Cup *Salt and Red chillies powder.... as per your requirement Method.... *Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a pan, add peanuts and saute them on low flame till crisp. Set them aside, let it become cool. *Mix Murmure, boiled diced Potatoes, 1/4 th cup chopped Onions , A little Coriander and tomato, 1/2 cup Shev, Papadi, Boondi, Fried peanuts, 1 tbspn Green Chutney, 3 tbspn Tamarind Chutney, Red Chillies Powder and Salt as per your choice. Quick Jaggery Roti

This is the Quick version of Tilgul Poli...
Let's see the Recipie...
Ingredients...
*Already prepared Phulka....6
*Roasted Seasame seeds... 1 tbsp
*Chopped Jaggery....1/2 Cup
*Homemade Ghee...2 tbsp
Method...
*Melt the Ghee
*Heat Iron Tawa, coat Phulka with melted Ghee n roast on high flame by pressing it with the help of spatula on both the sides till crispy n light Pink in colour.
*Keep it aside.
*In a pan add 3 tsp Ghee, add Jaggery, keep stirring on low flame till jaggery  is soft. Switch off the gas.
*Add 1 tsp Milk in the Jaggery mix, stir continuously. Our Jaggery syrup is ready.
*Coat  Jaggery syrup on each Roti by spreading with the help of spoon.
Immediately sprinkle roasted Seasame seeds.
*Our crispy 😋 crunchy sweet Roti ready.
*You can carry it in Tiffins too..

तिळ गुळ पोळी
जानेवारी महिना आला की सगळ्या महाराष्ट्रात तयारी सुरू होऊन जाते ती म्हणजे तिळगुळाचे लाडु व गुळाची पोळी करण्याची...
गुळाची पोळी आमच्या घरी फार आवडते पण ती खूप आवडत असल्यामुळे फक्‍त संक्रांतीच्या दिवशीच करून खायची, असा आमच्या घरी प्रघात आहे .... म्हणजे अजुन छान लागते... आज मला काही कारणाने गोड पदार्थ करायचा होता व वेळ फारसा नव्हता...
तेव्हा केली  तिळगुळ पोळी ...अतिशय कुरकुरीत ....खाल्ल्यावर फार आवडल्या सगळ्यांनाच...
साहित्य...
*तयार फुलके... 6
*भाजलेले तीळ... एक टेबल स्पून
*चिरलेला गूळ... अर्धी वाटी
*साजूक तूप... 2 टेबलस्पून
कृती...
*प्रथम तुप एका वाटीत पातळ करून घ्या. *लोखंडाचा तवा गॅसवर तापायला ठेवा प्रत्येक फुलका  दोन्ही बाजूने पातळ तूप लावून हाय गॅसवर सराट्याने दाबून कुरकुरीत व खमंग पोळ्या करून बाजूला ठेवा.
*नंतर एका कढईत तीन टीस्पून तूप घालून गूळ घाला मंद आचेवर  सतत हलवत राहा, थोडा मऊ झाला की गॅस बंद करा व त्यात एक टीस्पून दूध घालून सतत ढवळत राहा.
*गुळाचा पाक होऊन जाईल जास्त दूध घालू नका.
*कुरकुरीत केलेल्या पोळीवर गुळाचा पाक पसरवा.
*लगेच वरून भाजलेले तीळ घालून पसरवा.
*मस्त कुरकुरीत खमंग तिळगुळ पोळी तयार.
*डब्यात द्यायला पण छान आहे.

  #RenuRasoi Chilli Garlic Shev No Soda  Very tasty and Crispy....  We used to have it only on Diwali...  But now you can prepare this at home very easily and enjoy it with a Cup of Tea or Coffee, as a accompaniment in snacks and meals....  We have not used soda or papad khar at all.  Ingredients...  * Cold water..1cup 1 Cup...150 ml  * Oil ... 1 cup  * Garlic paste..1 tsp  * Salt ... 2 tsp  * Red chili powder ... 3 tsp  *Chickpea flour ... 4 Cups... approximately  Method  * Add oil and water in mixer, whisk until it  turns frothy white in colour.  * Pour this water in a pot, add  red chilli powder, salt and garlic paste and mix properly.  *Add chickpea flour to make a soft dough.  * Hear I have used approximately four cups of gram flour.(1cup...150 ml)  * Fill this dough in the Shev mould. *Heat Oil in an iron kadhai, make a Shev by pressing from the mould in hot Oil.
