Pakatil Purya... पाकातील पुऱ्या It's a typical maharashtrian sweet dish... Very easy to prepare and delicious too. Ingredients... *Fine semolina...1 Cup 1 Cup...150 ml *Sugar .... 1 Cup *Desi ghee in liquid form.... 2 tsp *Curd...1/2 Cup... approximately *Ghee...for deep frying *Green cardamom powder...1/4 tsp *Dry fruits Powder...2 tbsp... optional Recipe... *Add ghee in semolina and just pulse it from the mixer. Remove from the mixer and take it in a pan. *Make a dough by using curd only. Dough should not be too hard or too soft. Let the dough rest for 30 minutes. *Now roll the dough into small Puri's. I have made bite size. *Deep fry Puri in ghee till light pink in colour. *You can store these by preparing it in a day in advance. *Take 1/2 cup sugar in a heavy base pan. Add 1/4 th Cup water. Put it on a gas on medium flame. *Let sugar dissolve and when it starts boiling reduce the gas flame. Let it boil for 3..4 minutes. *Switch off the gas. Add 1/4 tsp green cardam

Ingredients...
•Potatoes 250 Grams
•Onion 1 Big
•Sour Curd 1 Cup
•Water 1 Cup
•Oil 1 tablespoon
•Mustard Seeds 1/4 tsp
•Turmeric Powder 1/4 tsp
•Red Chilly Powder 3/4 tsp
•Salt 3/4 tsp
•Coriander Chopped 1 tbspn
Method...
•Boil the Potatotes, let it cool n dice it.
•Chopp the Onion.
•Beat the Curd, keep it aside.
•Heat the Oil in a pan, add Mustard seeds, after it splutters add Turmeric Powder n Onion.
•Saute it for 3 minutes, add Red Chilly Powder and diced Potatoes.
•Saute it on medium flame for 3..4 minutes.
•Add Salt, Curd n Water, mix properly.
•Let it simmer for 5 minutes.
•Switch off the gas.
•Garnish with Coriander.
Serve hot with Roti or Dal Rice.

दही बटाटे रस्सा
पावसाळा सुरू आहे, अशा वेळी चटपटीत व गरमा गरम रस्सेदार भाजी असेल तर जेवणाची लज्जत अजूनच वाढते.
आज अशीच झटपट होणारी भाजी पाहू या.
साहित्य...
•बटाटे 3 मध्यम किंवा 250 ग्राम
•कांदा 1 मध्यम
•आंबट दही 1 वाटी
•पाणी 1 वाटी
•तेल 1 tbspn
•मोहरी 1/4 tsp
•हळद 1/4 tsp
•तिखट 3/4 tsp
•मीठ 3/4 tsp
•कोथिंबीर 1 tbspn
कृती..
•बटाटे उकडून घ्या, गार झाल्यावर सोलून तुकडे करा.
•कांदा चिरून घ्या, दही फेटून घ्या.
•कढईत तेल तापवा, मोहरी घालून तडतडल्यावर हळद व चिरलेला कांदा घाला.
•2 मिनिटे परतून मग तिखट व बटाट्याच्या फोडी घालून 5 मिनिटे परता.
•फेटलेले दही, मीठ व पाणी घालून मिक्स करा.
•पाच मिनिटे मध्यम आचेवर उकळा.
•गॅस बंद करा, कोथिंबीर घाला.
•गरमा गरम भाजी पोळी किंवा वरण भातासोबत वाढा.
खुप छान लागते.
