#RenuRasoi #Corn #Garlic #Pulao Corn Garlic Pulao This is a very tasty pulao recipe. Easy to prepare and mildly spicy, so everyone in the family right from kids to elders can enjoy this. You can skip garlic, if you wish. Goes very well with any Raita, Dal or Curry. Ingredients *Raw rice... 1 Cup 1 Cup... 150 ml *Sweet corn kernels... 1 Cup *Chopped garlic... 1 tbspn *Oil... 1 tbspn • Black pepper... 1 tsp • Salt ... 1 tsp • Hot water... 3 Cups Method... *Wash rice well and keep aside. * Grind black pepper to a coarse powder. *Heat oil in a heavy based pan or kadhai. *Deep fry chopped garlic till golden in colour, remove and keep aside. *Now in the same oil add washed rice and black pepper powder. Saute till sticky. *Add sweet corn kernels and salt. Mix properly. *Add water little less than 3 Cups, mix properly. Approximately 2.5 cups. We can use the remaining water if needed. • Cook till all the water get absorbed. • Serve by adding fried garlic and mint leaves.

•Upma Rava /Sooji/ Semolina...1 Cup
1 Cup....150 ml
•Thick Buttermilk...1 Cup
•Water 2 Cup
•Onion Chopped..1 Cup
•Grated Ginger 1 tsp
•Dry Red Chillies...3
•Oil...1 tbspn.
•Roasted Chana Dal..Dalya..2 tsp
•Udad Dal..2 tsp
•Curry Leaves..12
•Mustard Seeds 1/2 tsp
•Salt 1 tsp
Method...
•Dry roast Rava on low flame for 5 minutes.
•Heat the Oil in a pan add Mustard Seeds, when it splutters add Chana Dal n Udad Dal, saute it, cook till Pink in colour.
•Add Red Chillies broken in 2 parts each.
•Add Grated Ginger, Chopped Onion n Curry Leaves.
•Saute till Onions become soft.
•Add 2 Cups Water n 1 Cup Buttermilk, let it boil on low flame.
•Add roasted Semolina n Salt, stirr quickly...
Mix all properly with out forming a lump.
•Cover with the lid n cook on low flame for 2..3 minutes.
•Switch off the gas.
Serve hot...

•आंबट घट्ट ताक 1 वाटी
•पाणी 2 वाटी
•तेल 5 टेबलस्पून
•लाल सुकी मिरची 3
•चिरलेला कांदा 1 वाटी
•आलेकिस 1 tsp
•फुटाण्याच्या डाळ्या 2 tsp
•उडीद डाळ 2 tsp
•मोहरी 1/2 tsp
•मीठ 1 tsp
•कढीपत्ता 10 पाने
कृती..
•रवा मंद आचेवर कोरडा भाजुन घ्या.
•कढईत तेल तापवून मोहरी घाला, तडतडल्यावर दोन्ही डाळी घालुन गुलाबी रंग येईपर्यंत परता.
•मग त्यात आलेकिस, कांदा व कढीपत्ता घाला.
•कांदा मऊ झाला की 2 वाटी पाणी व 1 वाटी ताक घाला.
•उकळल्यावर मीठ व रवा घालून मिक्स करा.
•गाठी होऊ देऊ नका.
•झाकण ठेवून 3..4 मिनिटे वाफवा.
गॅस बंद करा.
गरम गरम उपमा वाढा.
