Buttermilk Upma

Upma is all time favourite Breakfast...
Today it is prepared by adding Sour Buttermilk...
Yummy yummy to taste...
Buttermilk Upma
Ingredients...
•Upma Rava /Sooji/ Semolina...1 Cup
•Thick Buttermilk...1 Cup
•Water 2 Cup
•Onion Chopped..1 Cup
•Grated Ginger 1 tsp
•Dry Red Chillies...3
•Oil...1 tbspn.
•Roasted Chana Dal..Dalya..2 tsp
•Udad Dal..2 tsp
•Curry Leaves..12
•Mustard Seeds 1/2 tsp
•Salt 1 tsp
Method...
•Dry roast Rava on low flame for 5 minutes.
•Heat the Oil in a pan add Mustard Seeds, when it splutters add Chana Dal n Udad Dal, saute it, cook till Pink in colour.
•Add Red Chillies broken in 2 parts each.
•Add Grated Ginger, Chopped Onion n Curry Leaves.
•Saute till Onions become soft.
•Add 2 Cups Water n 1 Cup Buttermilk, let it boil on low flame.
•Add roasted Semolina n Salt, stirr quickly...
Mix all properly with out forming a lump.
•Cover with the lid n cook on low flame for 2..3 minutes.
•Switch off the gas.
Serve hot...

Chakali should be crispy ЁЯШЛ and full of flavour. Following Recipe is 100% success full, if all the steps followed carefully. Ingredients... For Bhajani... *Rice...1kg *Split Chickpea Dal..1/2kg *Split Black Gram Dal...250 grams *Coriander seeds...1/2 cup *Cumin seeds...1/4 Cup Method for Bhajani... *Wash Rice and both the Dal separately. *Sun dry the Dal, Rice should be dried in home only. *Roast all the ingredients seperately on low flame. *The correct way of roasting is , while roasting take some grains in your hands, if they are too hot to hold, it is done. *Roast Coriander Seeds n Cumin seeds for 2..3 minutes only. *Let it cool, grind it from the flour mill. *You can use this flour in other Recipes too. *It has a shelf life of 3 months in dry weather conditions.

#RenuRasoi Multigrain Dosa Very crispy n paper thin Dosa when served with  Chutney makes a complete Meal ЁЯСНЁЯШЛ With the same batter you can prepare soft and fluffy Dosa too... Full of Carbohydrates n Proteins. Ingredients... *Raw Rice...1 Cup *Udad/ Split BlackGram dal...1/4 Cup *Cheakpea / Chana Dal...1/4 Cup *Arhar/Toor dal... 1/4 Cup *Moong Dal... 1/4  Cup *Fenugreek seeds...1/2 tsp *Salt... 2 tsp *Coconut Oil... for Roasting Method... *Wash and soak the Rice, Dal and Fenugreek seeds for 5..6 hours. *Grind to a smooth paste. *Let it ferment for 8 hours. *In the morning add Salt mix thoroughly, add little water if necessary. *Dry heat the Iron Tawa for five minutes, spread one teaspoon Oil n let it heat for 2..3 minutes.
