This is a very quick and tasty food preparation which one can have while fasting or even on a normal Day also.
Very light and crispy 😋😋
Healthy too...
Ingredients...
*Sago pearls/Sabudana...1/2 Cup
*Amaranth/ Rajgira flour...1 Cup
*Roasted Peanuts Powder...1/4 the Cup
*Green Chillies chopped...2
*Coriander chopped...1/4 th Cup
*Cumin seeds...1/4 tsp
*Salt...1.5 tsp
*Red Chilli Powder...1 tsp
*Homemade Ghee/Coconut Oil...1/2 Cup
Method...
*Soak Sabudana in 2 Cups of water for 30 minutes. Drain out excess water after 30 minutes.
*Mix all ingredients except Ghee by adding 1 Cup water.
*Heat Appe Pan for 5 minutes, drizzle with Ghee  from all the sides.
*Place the batter in a pan with the help of spoon, drizzle with Ghee & cover with the lid.
*Remove the lid after 2 minutes, flip and cook till crisp from other side too.
*Serve hot with the Chutney.
*Chutney...In 1 Cup of home made Curd, add 1 tsp Sugar, 1/4 tsp Salt & 2..3 tsp finely chopped Coriander.
*Mix all ingredients well.
*Chutney and Appe tastes very nice 😋😋

उपवासाचे आप्पे
उपवासाचे हे आप्पे झटपट होतात...
खूप छान लागतात... अजिबात तेलकट होत नाही... खुप हलके व खमंग आणि कुरकुरीत....
साहित्य...
*साबुदाणा ...अर्धी वाटी
*राजगिरा पीठ... एक वाटी
*भाजलेल्या शेंगदाण्याचा कुट...पाव वाटी
*हिरवी मिरची चिरून... दोन
*कोथिंबीर चिरून....पाव वाटी
*जीरे...1/4 टिस्पून
*तिखट...1 टिस्पून
*मीठ...1/2 टिस्पून
*साजूक तुप/खोबरेल तेल...1/2 वाटी
कृती....
*साबुदाणा दोन वाट्या पाणी घालून 30 मिनिटे भिजत ठेवा. 30 मिनिटांनी सगळे पाणी काढून घ्यावे.
*तोपर्यंत बाकी सगळी तयारी करून घ्या.
*मग तुप सोडून बाकी सर्व साहित्य एकत्र करून अंदाजे एक वाटी पाणी घालून कालवावे.
*आप्पे पात्र 5 मिनिटे गॅसवर तापायला ठेवावे.
मग त्यामध्ये थोडे तुप घालून सगळीकडे पसरवुन घ्या.
*चमच्याने अथवा हाताने पीठ घालून वरून पुन्हा थोडे तूप घालावे.
*झाकण ठेवून 2 मिनिटांनी सगळे आपले पलटवुन दुसरी बाजू पण छान खमंग भाजून घ्या.
*गरम गरम आप्पे चटणी सोबत खा.
*चटणी... घरी लावलेल्या एक वाटी घट्ट दह्यात
1 टिस्पून साखर, 1/4 टिस्पून मीठ व 2..3 टिस्पून बारीक चिरलेला कोथिंबीर घालून एकत्र करा.
*आप्पे व चटणी खुप छान लागतात.
