Ingredients.... *Murmure / puffed rice...  6 Cup 1 Cup...150 ml *Gathi papadi... 1 Cup *Shev... 1 Cup *Khari Boondi... 1/2 cup *Peanuts... 1/2 Cup *Boiled and Diced Potatoes... 1 Cup *Chopped Onion...1/2 cup *Chopped Tomatoes... 1/4 Cup *Chopped coriander... 3 tablespoon *Green Chutney.... 1/2 Cup *Tamarind Chutney... 1 Cup *Salt and Red chillies powder.... as per your requirement Method.... *Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a pan, add peanuts and saute them on low flame till crisp. Set them aside, let it become cool. *Mix Murmure, boiled diced Potatoes, 1/4 th cup chopped Onions , A little Coriander and tomato, 1/2 cup Shev, Papadi, Boondi, Fried peanuts, 1 tbspn Green Chutney, 3 tbspn Tamarind Chutney, Red Chillies Powder and Salt as per your choice. Brinjal Phodi
Brinjal, Eggplant and Aubergine are the different names of one vegetable.
We can prepare stuffed Brinjals, Bharta, Baked dish, Phodi etc.
This is a very crispy n yummmy side dish.
It can be a starter too...
•Brinjal Green Variety...250 gram
•Approximately 2 Big.
•Red Chilly Powder...2 tsp
•Salt...1/2 tsp
•Turmeric Powder...1/4 tsp
•Asafoetida Powder ...1/4 tsp
For Coating...
•Rice Flour...1.5 tbspn
•Semolina...2 tsp
•Salt..1/4 tsp
•Turmeric Powder a pinch.
•Coconut Oil for shallow frying.
•Mix all the ingredients of outer coating.
•Slice the Brinjals in round shape, in not so thin or thick slices.
•Mix Red Chilly Powder, Salt, Turmeric Powder n Asafoetida Powder.
•Apply this Red Chilly Powder mix generously to all the Brinjals slices with hand on both the sides.
•Let it marinate aside atleast for 20 ..30 minutes.
•Now apply Rice Flour mix to all the slices from both the sides.
•Once again keep aside for 30 minutes.
•Heat the Iron Griddle or Tawa, shallow fry the slices by drizzling oil.
•You can cover it with a lid for few minutes while shallow frying.
Very crispy n yummy Phodi are ready to serve.
*Note...Some times instead of Asafoetida you can add  fresh Ginger grinding without water.
Grated Ginger 1 tsp and 3 Garlic pods.

आपण वांग्याचे अनेक प्रकार करतो, भरली वांगी, रस्सा भाजी, भरीत, वांगीभात, इत्यादी..
आज पाहू या कुरकुरीत व खमंग वांगी काप.
झटपट होतात, मस्त लागतात.
स्टार्टर किंवा एक side dish म्हणून मस्तच👍
•हिरवी भरीताची वांगी 250 ग्राम
•अंदाजे मोठी 2 वांगी
•तिखट ...2 tsp
•मीठ...1/2 tsp
•हळद व हिंग.. 1/4 tsp प्रत्येकी
वरील आवरण...
•तांदूळ पीठ ...1.5 tbspn
•रवा ...2 tsp
•मीठ ...1/4 tsp
•हळद .. चिमूट भर
•खोबरेल तेल.. तळण्यापूरते
•प्रथम तांदुळ पीठ, रवा, मीठ व हळद एकत्र करून ठेवा.
•वांग्याचे गोल गोल काप करून घ्या.
•खुप पातळ किंवा जाड नकोत.
•तिखट, मीठ, हळद व हिंग पूड एकत्र करा.
•तिखटाचे हे मिश्रण हातानी वांगी फोडींना दोन्ही बाजूनी लावून घ्या. काप 20..30 मिनिटे ठेवा.
•मग कापा ला तांदुळ पीठ चे मिश्रण लावा.
•30 मिनिटे मुरू द्या.
•लोखंडी तवा गरम करून काप दोन्ही बाजूनी तेल सोडून कुरकुरीत करा.
•वाटल्यास झाकण ठेवून शिजवू शकता.
गरमा गरम काप खाण्यास तयार.
मस्त  लागतात.
टीप... कधी बदल म्हणुन हिंग न लावता एक टिस्पून आले किस व तीन लसूण पाकळ्या वाटुन...कापांना लावा.

  #RenuRasoi Chilli Garlic Shev No Soda  Very tasty and Crispy....  We used to have it only on Diwali...  But now you can prepare this at home very easily and enjoy it with a Cup of Tea or Coffee, as a accompaniment in snacks and meals....  We have not used soda or papad khar at all.  Ingredients...  * Cold water..1cup 1 Cup...150 ml  * Oil ... 1 cup  * Garlic paste..1 tsp  * Salt ... 2 tsp  * Red chili powder ... 3 tsp  *Chickpea flour ... 4 Cups... approximately  Method  * Add oil and water in mixer, whisk until it  turns frothy white in colour.  * Pour this water in a pot, add  red chilli powder, salt and garlic paste and mix properly.  *Add chickpea flour to make a soft dough.  * Hear I have used approximately four cups of gram flour.(1cup...150 ml)  * Fill this dough in the Shev mould. *Heat Oil in an iron kadhai, make a Shev by pressing from the mould in hot Oil.
