Ingredients.... *Murmure / puffed rice...  6 Cup 1 Cup...150 ml *Gathi papadi... 1 Cup *Shev... 1 Cup *Khari Boondi... 1/2 cup *Peanuts... 1/2 Cup *Boiled and Diced Potatoes... 1 Cup *Chopped Onion...1/2 cup *Chopped Tomatoes... 1/4 Cup *Chopped coriander... 3 tablespoon *Green Chutney.... 1/2 Cup *Tamarind Chutney... 1 Cup *Salt and Red chillies powder.... as per your requirement Method.... *Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a pan, add peanuts and saute them on low flame till crisp. Set them aside, let it become cool. *Mix Murmure, boiled diced Potatoes, 1/4 th cup chopped Onions , A little Coriander and tomato, 1/2 cup Shev, Papadi, Boondi, Fried peanuts, 1 tbspn Green Chutney, 3 tbspn Tamarind Chutney, Red Chillies Powder and Salt as per your choice. Coriander Vadi

Coriander Vadi
Coriander also known as   Cilantro, Kothimbir or Dhaniya.
It is not only used for garnishing but we prepare various tasty delicacies also.
It has medicinal values as well as one of the superfood.
Today I have prepared Crispy, tasty
Kothimbir Vadi.

*Coriander finely chopped...6 Cups
1 Cup...150 ml
*Chakali Bhajani...3 Cups
*Red Chilli Powder...3 tsp
*Salt...3 tsp
*Chilly Garlic paste... 2 tsp
*Termeric Powder...1/4 tsp
*Seasame seeds...3 tsp
*Wash and chopp the Coriander.
*Mix all the ingredients except Seasame seeds.
*Make a dough using minimum water, dough should be soft such that you should be able to spread with hands.
Or You can make a Roll.
*Grease the plate with Oil, spread the Dough evenly by hands.
*Spread Seasame seeds over it, press it with gentle hands.
*Steam this plate in a preheated steamer for 15 minutes.
*When cool, cut into desired shape. *Shallow fry in the Oil on high flame till crispy.

हिवाळ्यात भरपूर व स्वस्त मिळत असतो. कोथिंबीर फक्त आपण सजावटीसाठी वापरत नाही तर त्याचे इतरही अनेक प्रकार करतो व हिवाळ्यात मिळणाऱ्या कोथिंबीर जास्त चवदार असतो .
कोथिंबीर हा औषधी तर आहेच पण सौंदर्यवर्धक सुद्धा आहे.
कोथिंबीरीची चटणी ,कोथिंबीर वडी, पुडाची वडी ,कोथिंबीर भाजी असे अनेक प्रकार असतात.
आज आपण पाहणार आहोत खमंग, खुसखुशीत, कुरकुरीत कोथिंबीर वडी😋

*स्वच्छ धुऊन चिरलेला कोथिंबीर... सहा वाटी
एक वाटी.... 150 मिली
 *चकलीची भाजणी... तीन वाटी
*तिखट ...तीन टीस्पून
*मीठ ...तीन टीस्पून
*हळद ...पाव टी स्पून
*लसूण मिरची पेस्ट ...दोन टी स्पून
*स्वच्छ धुतलेल्या कोथिंबीर मध्ये तेल सोडून बाकी सर्व साहित्य एकत्र करून घ्या.
*कमीत कमी पाणी वापरून पीठ भिजवा, हे पीठ भाकरी किंवा थालीपिठाच्या पिठासारखे सैलसर असावे.
*एका मोठ्या भांड्यात पाणी गरम करायला ठेवून द्या.
*एक स्टीलची काठाची ताटली घेऊन त्याला तेल लावा व हा पिठाचा गोळा हाताने थापून, त्यावर तिळ थापा.
घट्ट रोल करून घ्या.
*गरम पाण्याच्या भांड्यात ठेवून वाफवून घ्या. *गार झाल्यावर वड्या कापा.
*कढईमध्ये अतिशय कमी तेलात मोठ्या गॅसवर कुरकुरीत तळून घ्या .
*खुसखुशीत वडीचा आनंद घ्या.

  #RenuRasoi Chilli Garlic Shev No Soda  Very tasty and Crispy....  We used to have it only on Diwali...  But now you can prepare this at home very easily and enjoy it with a Cup of Tea or Coffee, as a accompaniment in snacks and meals....  We have not used soda or papad khar at all.  Ingredients...  * Cold water..1cup 1 Cup...150 ml  * Oil ... 1 cup  * Garlic paste..1 tsp  * Salt ... 2 tsp  * Red chili powder ... 3 tsp  *Chickpea flour ... 4 Cups... approximately  Method  * Add oil and water in mixer, whisk until it  turns frothy white in colour.  * Pour this water in a pot, add  red chilli powder, salt and garlic paste and mix properly.  *Add chickpea flour to make a soft dough.  * Hear I have used approximately four cups of gram flour.(1cup...150 ml)  * Fill this dough in the Shev mould. *Heat Oil in an iron kadhai, make a Shev by pressing from the mould in hot Oil. Do not overlap it. Flip after 1 minutes.  * Fry in hot oil over medium heat, take care not to overcook it.  * When coo
