This Paratha is made from wheat flour and since no water is used can be called "Pakki Rasoi" Very soft ,tasty and flaky. Easy to prepare ... Ingredients... *Rice Shevai... 200 grams *Oil... 6 tbspn *Green chillies...3 *Dry Red chillies...3 *Grated Coconut... 3 tbspn *Peanuts.... 2 tbspn *Lemon juice... 3..4 tsp *Salt... 1 tsp *Mustard seeds... 1/4 tsp *Cashew nuts...12 *Curry leaves...20 *Udad dal... 1 tbspn Method... * Heat 1 litre water, switch off the gas. Soak Rice Shevai in water for 4..6 minutes. Cover the pan with the lid. Drain in colander and wash it again with normal room temperature water, to stop the cooking process. *Slit and cut green chillies in big pieces.
