It cures indigestion as well as it helps to increase appetite.  Very tasty and easy to prepare. You can get these vegetables  in the local market in rainy season. In some areas this veg is also called as "गुनगुण्याची भाजी" Ingredients  1 Cup...150 ml *Patur Veg... finely chopped...3 cups *Yellow moong dal... 1/2 Cup  *Garlic pods... 6 *Oil... 4 tbspn  *Mustard seeds... 1/2 tsp  *Turmeric powder... 1/2 tsp *Red chilli powder... 1/2 tsp  *Salt... 1/2 tsp  *Lemon juice... 1 tsp  *Chopped coriander... 1 tbspn  *Grated coconut... 1 tbspn  Method... *Wash and soak yellow moong dal in sufficient water for 2 hours. *Here I have taken 2 bundle s of Patur Veg. Clean and take leaves only. Wash it thoroughly and chop finely.

#रेणूरसोई #भेंडी #कुरकुरीत भेंडी ची चटपटीत व खमंग अशी ही भाजी कांदा व लसूण न घालता केली आहे... फक्त ही भाजी करताना थोडी काळजी घ्यावी लागते... रेसिपी मध्ये सांगितले आहे तशीच करा... मस्त जमते व लागते पण... शक्यतो लोखंडी कढईत करा... रंग थोडा काळसर येतो पण अतिशय चवदार व खमंग लागते... आज मात्र ही भाजी लोखंडी कढईत केली नाही आहे.... बघुया कशी करायची... साहित्य... *भेंडी ....500ग्राम *तेल...2 टेबलस्पून *मोहरी...1/2 टी स्पून *हिंग पूड...1/4 टीस्पून *हळद...1/2 टी स्पून *तिखट...1टी स्पून *मीठ...1 टी स्पून *धनेपूड...1 टी स्पून *शेंगदाणे कुट...1 टेबलस्पून *लिंबू रस...2 टी स्पून कृती... *भेंडी स्वच्छ धुऊन व कोरडी पुसुन एक सारख्या पातळ चकत्या करून घ्या. खुप पातळ नकोत... *कढईत तेल तापवून मोहरी घालून तडतडल्यावर हिंग, हळद व भेंडी घालून छान एकत्र करा. *लगेच मीठ घालून मंद आचेवर दर दोन.. तीन मिनिटांत परतत रहा. *सुरवातीला थोडी चिकट वाटेल पण पाच मिनिटांनी सगळा चिकट पणाला निघून जाईल. *बाजूला तेल सुटेपर्यंत व भेंडी कुरकुरीत होईपर्यंत दर दोन तीन मिनिटांनी परतावे. *तेल सुटुन खमंग झाली की

For Ghee roast Dosa, roast in home made Ghee. Ingredients... *Raw Rice...2 Cups *Udad/ Split BlackGram dal...1 Cup *Chickpea & Split Peagoen /Toor dal... 2 tablespoon each *Fenugreek seeds...1 tsp *Salt... 3 tsp *Coconut Oil... for Roasting Or *Homemade Ghee... for Ghee roast Dosa. Method... *Wash and soak the Rice, Dal and Fenugreek seeds for 5..6 hours. *Grind to a smooth paste. *Let it ferment for 8 hours. *In the morning add Salt mix thoroughly, add little water if necessary. *Dry heat the Iron Tawa for five minutes, spread one teaspoon Oil n let it heat for 2..3 minutes. #रेणूरसोई #ठेचा शेवटी वाट पाहायला लावून आमच्या येथे पण पाऊस धडकला⛈️⛈️☔ छान गारवा पसरला आहे ... काही तरी चमचमीत पदार्थ खावेत असे वाटते आहे 😋😋😋 पण मागच्या आठवड्यात खूप लग्न समारंभ झाल्यामुळे व तिथे वेगवेगळे अनेक चवदार प्रकार खाल्ले असल्यामुळे भजे करायची इच्छा तर नव्हती.... मग काय केला मस्त झणझणीत ठेचा आणि सोबत मुगाचे झकास पराठे... पाहूया कसा करायचा ठेचा.... साहित्य.... *लसूण सोलून.... पंधरा ते वीस पाकळ्या *मिरची धुऊन चिरून.... अर्धी वाटी *कोथिंबीर चिरून... अर्धी वाटी *लिंबूरस ...दोन टीस्पून *मीठ... पाव टीस्पून कृती.... *सगळे साहित्य एकत्र करून मिक्सरमधून पाणी न घालता जाडसर वाटून घ्या. *फ्रीजमध्ये 3..4 दिवस टिकतो.

#रेणूरसोई #मुग #पराठा मूग डाळीचा पराठा पराठा हा प्रकार अतिशय चवदार व खमंग लागतो. पण ते छान खुसखुशीत व खमंग गुलाबी रंगावर भाजलेले असले पाहिजे. मुगडाळी चा हा पराठा फार सुंदर लागतो. कार्बोहाइड्रेट्स व प्रोटीन्स दोन्ही असल्यामुळे सोबत डब्यात दही  व एखादे फळ दिले की परिपूर्ण आहार.... झटपट होतो व छान लागतो...ह्या पराठ्याची चव नेहमी पेक्षा थोडी वेगळी मस्त आहे. साहित्य... *मुगाची पिवळी डाळ ...अर्धी वाटी *कणीक...एक वाटी किंवा थोडी जास्त *शोप जाडसर पूड...एक टिस्पून *धनेपूड...अर्धा टीस्पून *जीरे...पाव टीस्पून *मीठ...दीड टीस्पून *तिखट...एक टीस्पून *हळद...पाव टीस्पून *तेल... तीन टीस्पून... मोहन म्हणुन *तेल पराठे शेकण्यासाठी... आवश्यकतेनुसार कृती... *मुगडाळ स्वच्छ धुऊन, एक वाटी पाणी घालून कुकरमध्ये शिजवून घ्या. *छान घोटुन घ्या, व कणीक, तेल, मीठ, तिखट, हळद, शोप व धनेपूड, जीरे घालून छान एकत्र करा. *गरज असेल तर थोडे पाणी किंवा कणीक घालून घट्ट गोळा भिजवून घ्या. दहा मिनिटे मुरायला ठेवा. *नंतर छान चुरून,  सात गोळे करा. *पोळपाटावर परोठे लाटुन, तव्यावर मध्यम आचेवर दोन्ही बाजूंनी खरपू
