Ingredients... *Washed and chopped spinach...3cups 1 Cup...150 ml *Green chillies...4 *Garlic pods...8 *Grated ginger...1 tsp *Wheat flour... 2 cups *Oil for dough...6 tsp *Oil for roasting paratha...3 tbsp *Salt...1.5 tsp *Sesame seeds...2 tsp Method... *In a kadhai add chopped spinach, green chillies, garlic and ginger, cook on a gas without adding water, till water evaporates. Let it cool and grind from the mixer by adding 2 tbsp water. •In a wide based pan take wheat flour,add 6 tsp oil and salt, mix it properly with the help of hands. Add spinach puree and make a dough.
