Very soft and spongy 👌😋 If all the instructions are followed you will get perfect Dhokala. Ingredients *Yellow moong dal...5 tbspn *Chana dal... 5 tbspn *Eno fruit salt...1 tsp *Cumin seeds...1/2 tsp  *Salt...1.5 tsp *Lemon juice... 1 tbspn *Oil...2 tbspn  *Garlic pods..6 *Grated ginger...1.5 tsp *Water... Same quantity of un soaked dal If dal is 3/4 cup...water should be 3/4 th cup  For tadka *Oil...2 tbspn *Mustard seeds... 1/2 tsp *Jeera... 1/2 tsp *Asafoetida powder/ Hing...1/4 tsp *Turmeric ...a pinch (optional) *Green chillies... 4-5(optional) For garnish... *Chopped coriander...1 tbspn *Grated coconut... 1 tbspn Method  *Wash and soak both the dal together for 2.5 hours. *Measure the water. It should be of the same measurement of un soaked dal. We are going to use only that much water for grinding as well as in batter for cooking. *Grind soaked

Ingredients... *Cooked rice ....2 cups *Raw Peanuts n roasted Chickpeas  Dal... 1 tbspn each *Grated Coconut...1 tbsp *Oil... 1/2 tbsp *Lemon juice...2 tsp *Sugar...1/2 tsp *Salt...1/2 tsp *Dry Red Chillies... 3 *Termeric...1/4 tsp. *Curry patta leaves...8 to10 *Mustard Seeds...1/8 tsp *Asafoetida Powder...a pinch Method. .. *Soak Peanuts n  roasted Chickpeas dal in a water for 1 hour. *If you are in hurry  do not soak it...fry in oil...but soaked one tastes better.  *Heat Oil in a pan add Mustard Seeds,when it splutters..add Asafoetida Powder.. Tricolour Dosa

Renu Rasoi Tricolour Dosa Dosa prepared with  Vegetab natural Colour... These Dosa are soft and fluffy... Ingredients... *Raw Rice...3 Cups *Udad/ Split BlackGram dal...1 Cup *Fenugreek seeds...1 tsp *Salt... 4 tsp *Coconut Oil... for Roasting Green Colour... *Chopped Spinach...1/2 Cup *Coriander...1 tbsp *Rock Salt...a pinch *Lemon juice...1/2 tsp Red Colour... *Beetroot cubed and steamed...1 tbspn *Termeric...a pinch *Fresh Tomato chopped..1 tbsp Method... *Wash and soak the Rice, Dal and Fenugreek seeds for 5..6 hours. *Grind to a smooth paste. *Let it ferment for 8 hours. *In the morning add Salt mix thoroughly, add little water if necessary. *Make a pulp of steamed Beetroot and Tomato in a mixer, add Termeric and let it cook for 2..3 minutes. #RenuRasoi Brinjal Song This Yummmm 😋 and tangy Recipe is of my friend Vinaya Prabhu . Very easy to prepare and tasty to eat... Every one in our family liked it... Brinjals are from our kitchen garden... Ingredients... *Baby Brinjals...10 *Chopped Onion...2 Cups *Chopped Tomatoes...2 Cups *Coconut Oil...5 tbspn *Red Chilli Powder... 2 tsp *Coriander seeds Powder...2 tsp *Salt...1.5 tsp *Termeric...a pinch *Coriander seeds Powder... 2 tsp *Water... 2 Cups Method... *Wash and slit the Brinjals keeping stems intact. I have used green Brinjal... they are more tasty 😋 *Heat Oil in a  pan, add chopped Onions and Brinjals, also add a pinch of salt. *Saute  on medium flame till Onions are brown. *Add Red Chilli Powder n chopped Tomatoes. *Saute for 2 minutes, add Coriander Seeds Powder n remaining Salt. *Saute for a minute, add 2 Cups water. *Cook till Brinjals are soft. This dish is called as "आयते"... By using lot's of green Garlic this is prepared. Green Garlic is the Hero of this Dish... Every household has their unique Recipe of preparing this.. #RenuRasoi Quick Jaggery Roti With the beginning of new calendar Year from January...every household starts the Preperations for Tilgud i.e. sweet made from Jaggery n Seasame seeds... In Maharashtra there is a tradition of preparing Tilgul laddo n Tilgul poli.. तिळगुळाचे लाडू आणि तीळ गुळाची पोळी This is the Quick version of Tilgul Poli... Let's see the Recipie... Ingredients... *Already prepared Phulka....6 *Roasted Seasame seeds... 1 tbsp *Chopped Jaggery....1/2 Cup *Homemade Ghee...2 tbsp Method... *Melt the Ghee *Heat Iron Tawa, coat Phulka with melted Ghee n roast on high flame by pressing it with the help of spatula on both the sides till crispy n light Pink in colour. *Keep it aside. *In a pan add 3 tsp Ghee, add Jaggery, keep stirring on low flame till jaggery  is soft. I like to eat this Chutney with Roti or Jawar/ Bajra Bhakari...as my meal.
