Drain out all the water by straining them in colander. Let it rest for 20 minutes. *In a mixi jar, grind first green chillies, curry leaves and ginger without adding water. Then add soaked Chana Dal, grind to a coarse paste without adding water. *Take this batter in a pan, add Salt Cumin seeds and finely chopped Coriander. Mix properly with the help of hands. *
