High in fiber, helps digestion, and keeps you full longer.   Ingredients *Broccoli florets – 1 cup *Broccoli stems (peeled & chopped) – 1/4 cup *Almonds – 10–12 *Onion (chopped) – 1/4 cup *Garlic – 4 pods *Milk – 1/2 cup *Water – 1 cup *Sugar – 1 tsp *Salt – 1/2 tsp *Black pepper powder – 1/4 tsp *Homemade ghee – 2 tsp *Chopped almonds – For garnish Method *Chop the almonds. *Take a thick-bottom pan, add ghee and let it melt. *Add chopped onion and garlic, sprinkle a pinch of salt. Try this yummy Coriander Vada, though fried one, it consumes very less oil for frying...

This is a no onion garlic recipe, but very tasty and full of flavours...😋

Ingredients...

*Chickpea/ Chana Dal... 1 Cup

1 Cup... 150 ml

*Chopped Coriander... 1 Cup

*Green Chillies... 4

*Curry leaves... 15 

*Grated ginger... 1 tsp

*Salt... 1 tsp

*Cumin seeds... 1/4 tsp

*Oil for frying

Method...

* Soak Chana Dal for 2 hours. Drain out all the water by straining them in colander. Let it rest for 20 minutes.

*In a mixi jar, grind first green chillies, curry leaves and ginger without adding water. Then add soaked Chana Dal, grind to a coarse paste without adding water.

*Take this batter in a pan, add Salt Cumin seeds and finely chopped Coriander. Mix properly with the help of hands.

* Heat oil in a Iron kadhai on moderate flame, make lemon size balls of above dal batter, gently flatten them little on your palms, and deep fry till golden brown.

*Serve hot with green chutney or tomato sauce.

They taste yummy without any chutney also...
