Same quantity of un soaked dal If dal is 3/4 cup...water should be 3/4 th cup  For tadka *Oil...2 tbspn *Mustard seeds... 1/2 tsp *Jeera... 1/2 tsp *Asafoetida powder/ Hing...1/4 tsp *Turmeric ...a pinch (optional) *Green chillies... 4-5(optional) For garnish... *Chopped coriander...1 tbspn *Grated coconut... 1 tbspn Method  *Wash and soak both the dal together for 2.5 hours. *Measure the water. Try this yummy Coriander Vada, though fried one, it consumes very less oil for frying...

This is a no onion garlic recipe, but very tasty and full of flavours...😋

Ingredients...

*Chickpea/ Chana Dal... 1 Cup

1 Cup... 150 ml

*Chopped Coriander... 1 Cup

*Green Chillies... 4

*Curry leaves... 15 

*Grated ginger... 1 tsp

*Salt... 1 tsp

*Cumin seeds... 1/4 tsp

*Oil for frying

Method...

* Soak Chana Dal for 2 hours. Drain out all the water by straining them in colander. Let it rest for 20 minutes.

*In a mixi jar, grind first green chillies, curry leaves and ginger without adding water. Then add soaked Chana Dal, grind to a coarse paste without adding water.

*Take this batter in a pan, add Salt Cumin seeds and finely chopped Coriander. Mix properly with the help of hands.

* Heat oil in a Iron kadhai on moderate flame, make lemon size balls of above dal batter, gently flatten them little on your palms, and deep fry till golden brown.

*Serve hot with green chutney or tomato sauce.

They taste yummy without any chutney also...

  #रेणुरसोई  #मूग #डाळ #पराठा  मूग डाळ पराठा  हे पराठे अतिशय चवदार आणि चविष्ट लागतात.  ते प्रथिनयुक्त असल्यामुळे पौष्टिक सुद्धा आहेत.  अतिशय साधे आणि सहज घरी उपलब्ध असलेल्या साहित्य घालून होतात.  तुम्ही हे पराठे नाश्त्यासाठी  करू शकता, आॅफीस व शाळेच्या डब्यात, प्रवासाला जाताना पण नेऊ शकता.   ही एक पारंपारिक राजस्थानी रेसिपी आहे.  साहित्य...  *पिवळी मूग डाळ ....1 वाटी  1 वाटी...150 मि.ली  *गव्हाचे पीठ.... 2 वाट्या  *मीठ... 2 टीस्पून  *लाल तिखट... 1 टीस्पून  *हळद... 1/2 टीस्पून  *हिरव्या मिरच्या... 3... बारीक चिरून  * चिरलेली कोथिंबीर... 2 टेबलस्पून  * किसलेले आले... 1 टीस्पून  *हिंग पुड... 1/4 टीस्पून  *पीठात घालण्यासाठी तेल, मोहन... 1 टेलस्पून  *पराठा भाजण्यासाठी तेल... 1/4 वाटी  पद्धत...  * मूग डाळ धुवून पुरेशा पाण्यात २ तास भिजत ठेवा.  २ तासांनंतर डाळ बोटांनी दाबुन पहा, बोटाने दाबून पहा. मउ झाली म्हणजे डाळ भिजली. तयार आहे.  डाळीतले पाणी काढून टाका आणि बाजूला ठेवा.  *आता ही डाळ दुसऱ्या एका परातीत घेऊन त्यात  तेल मोहन म्हणून, मीठ, तिखट, हळद, हिंग, किसलेले आले, हिरवी मिरची आणि कोथिंबीर

  Pakatil Purya... पाकातील पुऱ्या It's a typical maharashtrian sweet dish... Very easy to prepare and delicious too. Ingredients... *Fine semolina...1 Cup  1 Cup...150 ml *Sugar .... 1 Cup  *Desi ghee in liquid form.... 2 tsp *Curd...1/2 Cup... approximately *Ghee...for deep frying *Green cardamom powder...1/4 tsp *Dry fruits Powder...2 tbsp... optional  Recipe...  *Add ghee in semolina and just pulse it from the mixer. Remove from the mixer and take it in a pan. *Make a dough by using curd only. Dough should not be too hard or too soft. Let the dough rest for 30 minutes. *Now roll the dough into small Puri's. I have made bite size. *Deep fry Puri in ghee till light pink in colour. *You can store these by preparing it in a day in advance. *Take 1/2 cup sugar in a heavy base pan. Add 1/4 th Cup water. Put it on a gas on medium flame. *Let sugar dissolve and when it starts boiling reduce the gas flame. Let it boil for 3..4 minutes.  *Switch off the gas. Add 1/4 tsp green cardam
