Since I had very little time today, I prepared this quick version of Aluchi Vadi. It has the same delicious traditional taste but is much easier and faster to make. *Samo Rice/Bhagar...1 Cup

Ingredients...
*Samo Rice/Bhagar...1 Cup
1cup... 150 ml
*Sago Pearls/Sabudana...1/2 Cup
*Salt...1.5 tsp
*Coconut Oil... for roasting
Method...
*Wash Samo Rice n Sabudana & soak in water for 3 hours.
*Grind to a smooth paste in mixer.
Consistency should be like normal Dosa flour. Take the batter in a Pan. Add Salt n mix properly.
*Heat the Iron Tawa for 5 minutes, spread 2 tsp Coconut Oil n heat for 2..3 minutes. Now it is ready to make Dosa.
*Spread batter evenly to make a Dosa. Drizzle with coconut oil from the sides. Cook on medium flame till Crispy. Flip & Cook from another side for a minute.
*Sago Pearls/Sabudana...1/2 Cup
*Salt...1.5 tsp
*Coconut Oil... for roasting
Method...
*Wash Samo Rice n Sabudana & soak in water for 3 hours.
*Grind to a smooth paste in mixer.
Consistency should be like normal Dosa flour. Take the batter in a Pan. Add Salt n mix properly.

If you want little soft, cover with the lid for a minute. Flip & Cook from another side.
*Done... serve with Potato Masala & Chutney.

*Boiled & Diced Potatoes...4 Cups
*Roasted Ground Nut Powder...1/2 Cups
*Groundnut Oil...2 tbspn
*Red Chilly Powder...1 tsp
*Salt...1 tsp
*Cumin seeds...1/2 tsp
*Coriander chopped...1 tbspn
Method...
*Heat Oil in a Kadhai, add Cumin Seeds, after it splutters add Red Chilli Powder n Diced Potatoes.
*Mix properly, add roasted Ground Nut Powder n Salt.
Once again Mix properly.
*Cook on medium flame stirring occasionally for 3..4 minutes.
*Switch off the Gas, add Chopped Coriander.
*Serve with Dosa.
*You can eat only this Veg with Curd.

*Roasted Peanuts..1 tbspn
*Green Chillies...5
*Chopped Coriander...1/2 Cup
*Lemon juice...3 tsp
*Salt...1/2 tsp
Method...
*Grind every thing from the Mixer without adding water.
*Add 1/2 Cup water and grind to a smooth paste.
*Serve with Dosa.
