It cures indigestion as well as it helps to increase appetite.  Very tasty and easy to prepare. You can get these vegetables  in the local market in rainy season. In some areas this veg is also called as "गुनगुण्याची भाजी" Ingredients  1 Cup...150 ml *Patur Veg... finely chopped...3 cups *Yellow moong dal... 1/2 Cup  *Garlic pods... 6 *Oil... 4 tbspn  *Mustard seeds... 1/2 tsp  *Turmeric powder... 1/2 tsp *Red chilli powder... 1/2 tsp  *Salt... 1/2 tsp  *Lemon juice... 1 tsp  *Chopped coriander... 1 tbspn  *Grated coconut... 1 tbspn  Method... *Wash and soak yellow moong dal in sufficient water for 2 hours. *Here I have taken 2 bundle s of Patur Veg. Clean and take leaves only. Wash it thoroughly and chop finely.

Mooli ka Paratha

The beautiful season of winter is going on. Fresh green vegetables and fruits are available in the market.

 Try this yummy and tasty mooli ka paratha.

Mooli aur Radish test better only in winter.

Combined with goodness of Ginger, Green chillies, Ghee etc makes it more tasty 😋😋

This recipe is very easy to prepare.

Ingredients

1 cup....150 ml 

*Makai ka aata (yellow colour).... 1 cup 

*Wheat flour.... 1 cup 

*Grated mooli.... 1 cup

*Green chillies ... 2 finely chopped

*Chopped coriander... 1 tbspn

*Grated ginger...1/2 tsp 

*Salt... 1 tsp

*Turmeric powder... 1/4 tsp

*Red chilli powder... 1/2 tsp

*Ajwain/ carom seeds.... 1/4 tsp 

*Desi ghee for roasting the paratha.


Method

*Squeeze the water from the greated mooli by pressing it in your hands.

*In a big mixing bowl add squeezed mooli, wheat flour, makai ka aata,green chillies, grated ginger,coriander ,salt ,turmeric powder, red chilli powder and ajwain.

*Mix properly for two three minutes and make a dough by using little water.

*Knead the dough for 3-4 minutes.

*Divide in 6 equal parts.

*Roll out the paratha of 6 to 7 inches with the help of wheat flour for dusting.

*Hear the iron tawa, and roast this paratha from both sides on medium flame. Once again roast by adding desi ghee till crispy.

*Serve this Paratha hot with curd and Pickle.
