Beetroot Sar

Beetroot Sar/ Kadhi
This can be called as a Cold Soup/Kadhi also.... to beat the heat.
Very easy to prepare , no Oil recipe.
Beetroots are very healthy, so should be consumed on regular basis.
*Steamed and grated Beetroot...1/4 Cup
*Grated Coconut...1/4 Cup
*Grated Ginger...1/2 tsp
*Garlic cloves...2
*Homemade Curd...2 Cups
*Sugar...2 tsp
*Salt...1/2 tsp
*Water...2 Cups
*Roasted Cumin Seeds Powder...a pinch
*Black Salt...a pinch
*In a Mixer jar add Beetroot, Coconut, Ginger, Garlic, Sugar, Salt and half cup Curd.
* Blend till smooth.
*Now add remaining Curd, Cumin Seeds Powder and Rock Salt.
*Blend again till smooth.
*Pour in a pot, add two Cups water.
You can adjust the water as per your requirement.
*Serve with Meals or as a Meal between Meals....

बिटाचे सार
हे एक अप्रतिम चवीचे व रंगाचे सारं आहे. जरी सारं असलं तरी थंडच प्यायचे आहे. तेल..तुप काहीही घातले नाही...
थंड कढी चा प्रकार पण म्हणु शकतो
बिट खायचा अजून एक  चवदार पर्याय...
*वाफवुन किसलेले बीट ...पाव कप
*किसलेले ओले नारळ... पाव कप
*आले कीस... अर्धा टी स्पून
*लसूण पाकळ्या... दोन
*घरचे दही... 2 वाटी
*साखर... दोन टी स्पून
*मीठ ...अर्धा टी स्पून
*काळे मीठ ...चिमुटभर
*भाजलेले जिरेपूड... चिमुटभर
*पाणी ...दोन वाट्या
*किसलेले बीट व आले, लसुण, नारळ ,मीठ, साखर, अर्धी वाटी दही हे सगळं मिक्सरमधून बारीक  एकजीव होईपर्यंत वाटुन घ्या
*नंतर त्यात उरलेले दही ,जिरेपूड व काळे मीठ घालून पुन्हा छान वाटून घ्या.
*एका भांड्यात काढून दोन वाट्या पाणी घालून छान एकत्र करून घ्या. पाणी आपल्या आवडीनुसार जास्त घालू शकता.
*थंडगार सार जेवणा सोबत किंवा नुसते पण प्यायला द्या.

  #RenuRasoi Chilli Garlic Shev No Soda  Very tasty and Crispy....  We used to have it only on Diwali...  But now you can prepare this at home very easily and enjoy it with a Cup of Tea or Coffee, as a accompaniment in snacks and meals....  We have not used soda or papad khar at all.  Ingredients...  * Cold water..1cup 1 Cup...150 ml  * Oil ... 1 cup  * Garlic paste..1 tsp  * Salt ... 2 tsp  * Red chili powder ... 3 tsp  *Chickpea flour ... 4 Cups... approximately  Method  * Add oil and water in mixer, whisk until it  turns frothy white in colour.  * Pour this water in a pot, add  red chilli powder, salt and garlic paste and mix properly.  *Add chickpea flour to make a soft dough.  * Hear I have used approximately four cups of gram flour.(1cup...150 ml)  * Fill this dough in the Shev mould. *Heat Oil in an iron kadhai, make a Shev by pressing from the mould in hot Oil.
