Try this simple and easy recipe where no syrup or पाक , चाशनी is needed. You can make Ladoo or Vadi as per your choice. Ingredients... 1 Cup...150 ml *Til without polish...2 cups *Finely chopped Jaggery... 1 Cup  Method.... *Roast Til in a kadhai on low flame, sauting continuously to remove it's raw flavour.  Take care not to over roast it.  Let it cool. *In a mixer jar add roasted Til and Jaggery, grind till it becomes powder. *Put in a wide based pan and mix thoroughly with the help of your hands. *Roll in small Ladoo. *You can eat one small Ladoo daily. Winter season is going on. We need something warm to eat and drink. 

Try this tasty and healthy easy to make Kokum Sar.... easy to prepare and yummy 😋 

Kokum fruit is loaded with essential nutrients like magnesium, iron, zinc, calcium, vitamin B6, and potassium. 

You can have it as a soup or as a accompaniment with Rice, Khichdi, Pulao...

Ingredients...

1 Cup...150 ml or 1/2 Measuring cup 


*Kokum Agal...कोकम आगळ...1 Cup

*Water .... 6 Cups

*Sugar or Jaggery... 6-7 tsp 

*Green chillies... 2..cut in Big pieces 

*Coriander chopped.... 1 tbspn

*Ghee... melted... 1 tbspn 

*Cumin seeds ... 1/2 tsp 

*Salt... Small pinch 


Method...

*Heat a thick based stainless steel pan, add ghee and cumin seeds. Let it splutter.

*Add green chillies, kokum Agal and water.

*Add jaggery , pinch of salt and let this boil for 3-4 minutes.

*Switch off the Gas, add chopped coriander and serve.

*Enjoy 

Tip...

1) Kokum Agal is easily available in the market.

2) If Agal is not available....You can soak 10-12 Aamsul or Kokum in warm water for 15 minutes. Extract them and use this for Sar. But then add more salt in the sar. 

3)Adjust sweet taste as per your choice.

4) Please don't use Kokum sharbat available in the market, they are too sweet.

5) But if you are using it then do not add any sweet.

मस्त थंडगार असा हिवाळा सुरू आहे. अशा वेळी आपल्या ला खाण्यासाठी आणि पिण्यासाठी काहीतरी गरम हवे असते.

तेंव्हा हे आंबट गोड चवीचे कोकम सार करून बघा . 

अतिशय चवदार 😋😋आणि पौष्टिक व करायला झटपट.

 कोकम फळ हे मॅग्नेशियम, लोह, जस्त, कॅल्शियम, व्हिटॅमिन बी 6 आणि पोटॅशियम सारख्या आवश्यक पोषक तत्वांनी भरलेले आहे. 

 तुम्ही हे सार नुसते च किंवा भात, खिचडी, पुलाव सोबत घेऊन खाऊ शकता...

 साहित्य...

 १ कप...१५० मिली किंवा १/२ मेजरिंग कप 


 *कोकम आगळ...1 कप

 *पाणी.... ६ कप

 *साखर किंवा गूळ... 6-7 चमचे 

 *हिरव्या मिरच्या... २..मोठे तुकडे करा 

 *कोथिंबीर चिरलेली.... 1 टेस्पून

 *तूप... वितळले... 1 टेस्पून 

 *जीरे... 1/2 टीस्पून 

 *मीठ... लहान चिमूटभर 


 पद्धत...

 * स्टेनलेस स्टीलच्या जाड  बुडाच्या भांड्यात तूप आणि जिरे घालून फोडणी करावी.

 *हिरवी मिरची, कोकम आगळ आणि पाणी घाला.

 * गूळ, चिमूटभर मीठ घालून ३-४ मिनिटे उकळू द्या.

 *गॅस बंद करा, चिरलेली कोथिंबीर घालून सर्व्ह करा.

 *चवदार अशा कोकम साराचा आस्वाद घ्या.

 टीप...

 1) कोकम आगळ बाजारात सहज उपलब्ध आहे.

 २) कोकम आगळ नसेल तर ,कोमट पाण्यात १०-१२ आमसूल किंवा कोकम १५ मिनिटे भिजवून घ्यावे . मग आमसुले पिळून बाहेर काढा आणि सार करण्यासाठी वापरा. पण नंतर सार करताना थोडे जास्त मीठ घालावे लागते.

 3) तुमच्या आवडीनुसार गोडाचे प्रमाण कमी जास्त करावे.

 4) बाजारात मिळणारे कोकम सरबत वापरू नका. ते फार

 गोड असते. किंवा ते वापरले तर गुळ किंवा साखर वापरू नका.
