This is a traditional  preparation, which tastes heavenly with hot Rice n Ghee....😋😋
It needs a little bit pre Preperations.

Ingredients...
*Field Beans...1 Cup
*For marination...
Grind 3 Garlic pods, 1/2 tsp chopped Ginger & 1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds without adding water. Also add 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder, 1 tsp Coriander Seeds Powder,1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder.
*For Masala...
Grated Fresh Coconut...1/2 Cup
Green Chillies chopped...3
Garlic cloves...3
Chopped Ginger...1/2 tsp
Cumin seeds...1/2 tsp
Grind all to a fine paste without adding water.
*Onion chopped... 1
*Oil...5 tbspn
*Turmeric Powder...1/4 tsp
*Red Chilli Powder...1 tsp
*Coriander Seeds Powder...1 tsp
*Fresh Coriander chopped...2 tbsp
*Mustard Seeds...1/4 tsp
*Jaggery...2 tsp
*Kokum...5..6
*Curry leaves...8
*Hot water...4 Cup
Method
*Soak Beans in 3 Cup Water for 10 hours.
*Drain out all the Water & let it sprout by wrapping in clean cloth or in sprout maker. It will take 24 hours to get beautiful sprouts.
*Make a lukewarm water, add all these beans. This process helps in peeling. Peel all the Beans.
*You will get 1.5 cup Beans.
* Apply with gentle hands all the marination. Keep it aside for 30 minutes.
*Heat Oil , add Mustard Seeds...let it splutter, add Turmeric Powder , chopped Onions. Saute till it turns soft. Also add Curry leaves.
*Add Red Chilli Powder, Coriander Seeds Powder mix properly.
* Add grinded Masala, saute on medium flame till Oil leaves the sides of the Pan.
* Add marinated Beans, mix properly, saute again for 3..4 minutes.
*Add 4 Cups hot water, mix properly, cover with the lid. Let it cook on low flame for 10 minutes.
* Remove the lid, add Salt, Kokum and Jaggery. Mix properly. Cook for 3..4 minutes.
* Switch off the gas. Garnish with chopped Coriander.
*Serve hot with Rice or Roti.
*Tip...You can replace Kolam by using Tamarind pulp.
