We need something warm to eat and drink.  Try this tasty and healthy easy to make Kokum Sar.... easy to prepare and yummy 😋  Kokum fruit is loaded with essential nutrients like magnesium, iron, zinc, calcium, vitamin B6, and potassium.  You can have it as a soup or as a accompaniment with Rice, Khichdi, Pulao... Ingredients... 1 Cup...150 ml or 1/2 Measuring cup  *Kokum Agal...कोकम आगळ...1 Cup *Water .... 6 Cups *Sugar or Jaggery... 6-7 tsp  *Green chillies... 2..cut in Big pieces  *Coriander chopped.... 1 tbspn *Ghee... melted... 1 tbspn  *Cumin seeds ... 1/2 tsp  *Salt... Appe also known as Paniyaram.
Very yummy n healthy 😋
Easy to prepare without Onion n Garlic.
A nice combination of Carbs n Proteins.
Added varieties of Dal's to make it  healthy as well as Protein Ricch.
Proteins are very healthy and should be consumed on regular basis.
Ingredients...
*Raw Rice...1 Cup
*Split Chickpea/Chana Dal...1 Cup
*Split Blackgram /Udad dal...1/2 Cup
*Split Yellow Moong Dal...1/2 Cup
*Fenugreek Seeds...1 tsp
*Sour Curd...1/2 Cup or Buttermilk 1Cup
*Water...for Grinding as needed
*Green Chillies chopped...6
*Grated Ginger...1 tsp
*Salt...3 tsp
*Chopped Coriander...1 tbsp
*Coconut Oil...1/2 Cup for roasting.
Method...
*Wash and soak Rice & all varieties of  Dal, for 5..6 hours. Also add Fenugreek Seeds while soaking.
*Grind all from the Mixer, by adding Buttermilk, Chillies & Ginger.
If you're using Curd, also use 1/2 cup water. The batter should be thicker than Idli batter.
* Take out the batter in a pan, add Salt n Chopped Coriander. Mix properly.
*Heat Appe pan, add 1/4 tsp Oil, let it heat add spoonful of batter, drizzle with Oil and cover with a lid.
*After 2 minutes check, flip with the help of Knife, cook on another side also.
*Serve with any Chutney of your choice.
*Serve hot with Tea or Coffee.

आप्पे हा एक उत्तम नाश्त्याचा प्रकार आहे
वडे आणि भजी ह्यांच्यापेक्षा कमी तेलकट, पण खूप सुंदर व कुरकुरीत लागतात.
कांदा लसूण न घालता पण चवदार आहे.
आज मी भरपूर डाळी घातल्या आहेत , त्यामुळे ते अतिशय स्वादिष्ट झाले आहेत.
डाळी म्हणजे प्रोटिन्स चा भरपूर स्त्रोत, पण ते सहज पचावे म्हणुन जोडीला कार्बोहायड्रेट्स पण आवश्यक.
साहित्य...
*तांदूळ... एक वाटी
*हरबरा डाळ... एक वाटी
*पिवळी मुग डाळ... अर्धी वाटी
*उडीद डाळ... अर्धी वाटी
*मेथी दाणे... एक टिस्पून
*आंबट दही...1/2वाटी
किंवा आंबट ताक... एक वाटी
*पाणी... गरजेनुसार वाटण्यासाठी
*हिरवी मिरची चिरून...सहा
*आले किसलेले...1 टीस्पून
*मीठ...3 टीस्पून
*कोथिंबीर चिरून... एक टेबलस्पून
*खोबरेल तेल...1/2 वाटी भाजण्यासाठी
कृती...
* तांदूळ, हरबरा डाळ, उडीद डाळ,मुगाची डाळ
स्वच्छ धुऊन 5..6 तास भिजत घाला. सोबत मेथी दाणे पण भिजत घाला. 
* नंतर भिजलेले धान्य, ताक, मिरची व आले कीस मिक्सरमधून वाटुन घ्या.
दही घालणार असाल तर अर्धी वाटी पाणी घालून वाटा.
पीठ फार पातळ नको, इडली पीठापेक्षा घट्ट हवे.
* एका भांड्यात काढून, त्यात मीठ व चिरलेली कोथिंबीर घालून छान एकत्र करा.
*आप्पे पात्र मंद गॅसवर तापवून त्यात 1/4 चमचा तेल घालून गरम करावे, एक एक छोटा चमचा पीठ घालून झाकण ठेवून, दोन मिनिटांनी खालील बाजु पलटवुन दुसऱ्या बाजूने पण गुलाबी रंगावर भाजून घ्या.
*गरम गरम आप्पे तुमच्या आवडीच्या चटणी सोबत सर्व्ह करा.
