It's more fun to go to the temple and eat this prasad again and again ...
This dish is very nutritious and can be made fire-free.
Ingredients..
* Thin or medium thick Pohe/beaten Rice ... 3 Cups
* Sorghum /Jawar puffs/ lahya ... 3 Cups
*Rice/ dhan puffs/ Lahya ...  3 Cups
* Soaked split pea/ chana dal ...  1/2 cup
* Soaked peanuts ... 1/2 cup
* Lemon pickle ... 2 tsp
* Mango pickle ... 2 tsp
* Chopped green chillies ... 1 tsp
* Chopped Coriander ... 1 tbspn
* Homemade Curd... 1/2 Cup
* Milk ... 1/2 Cup
*Sugar ... three tsp
* Salt ... 1/4 teaspoon
*Cucumber  chopped... 1/4 Cup
* Banana slices ... 1/2 Cup
* Chopped apples ... 1/2 Cup
* Pomegranate seeds ... 1/2 Cup
Method.
* Wash both types of lahya three or four times in water, keep in a large pot.
* Then add pohe and both pickles.
You can add a little more pickle.
* Then except milk and curd, add  rest of the ingredients and mix well.
* Finally add milk and curd and mix carefully.
* Let the flavours infuse for at least an hour. 
*And then enjoy the tasty Gopal Kala by offering it to God.

साहित्य
*पातळ किंवा मध्यम जाड पोहे... तीन वाट्या *ज्वारीच्या लाह्या... तीन वाट्या
*साळीच्या किंवा धानाच्या लाह्या... तीन वाट्या *भिजवलेली हरभरा डाळ...अर्धी वाटी
*भिजवलेले शेंगदाणे...अर्धी वाटी
*लिंबू लोणचे... दोन टीस्पून
*आंबा लोणचे... दोन टीस्पून
*हिरवी मिरची चिरून... एक टिस्पून
*कोथिंबीर बारीक चिरून...एक टेबलस्पून
*काकडी चिरुन...अर्धी वाटी
*दही...अर्धी वाटी
*दुध...अर्धी वाटी
*साखर... तीन टीस्पून
*मीठ...अर्धा टीस्पून...( ऐच्छिक)
*काकडी... चिरून...पाव वाटी
*केळीचे काप... अर्धी वाटी
*सफरचंद चिरून...अर्धी वाटी
*डाळींब दाणे...अर्धी वाटी
कृती...
* दोन्ही प्रकारचे लाह्या तीन-चारदा पाण्यामधून स्वच्छ धुऊन घ्या, एका मोठ्या भांड्यात ठेवा. *नंतर त्यात पोहे व दोन्ही लोणची घाला.
लोणचे थोडी जास्त घातली तरी चालेल.
मीठ चवीनुसार घाला कारण लोणचे खारट असते.मीठ नाही घातले तरी चालते.
*नंतर दूध व दही सोडून बाकी साहित्य घालून छान एकत्र करा.
*सर्वात शेवटी दूध व दही घालून हलक्या हाताने एकत्र करा.
*कमीत कमी एक तास तरी  हे मिश्रण मुरू द्या. व नंतर देवाला नैवेद्य दाखवून चवदार गोपाल काल्याचा आनंद लुटा.

Chakali should be crispy 😋 and full of flavour. Following Recipe is 100% success full, if all the steps followed carefully. Ingredients... For Bhajani... *Rice...1kg *Split Chickpea Dal..1/2kg *Split Black Gram Dal...250 grams *Coriander seeds...1/2 cup *Cumin seeds...1/4 Cup Method for Bhajani... *Wash Rice and both the Dal separately. *Sun dry the Dal, Rice should be dried in home only. *Roast all the ingredients seperately on low flame. *The correct way of roasting is , while roasting take some grains in your hands, if they are too hot to hold, it is done. *Roast Coriander Seeds n Cumin seeds for 2..3 minutes only. *Let it cool, grind it from the flour mill. *You can use this flour in other Recipes too. *It has a shelf life of 3 months in dry weather conditions.

  #RenuRasoi Chilli Garlic Shev No Soda  Very tasty and Crispy....  We used to have it only on Diwali...  But now you can prepare this at home very easily and enjoy it with a Cup of Tea or Coffee, as a accompaniment in snacks and meals....  We have not used soda or papad khar at all.  Ingredients...  * Cold water..1cup 1 Cup...150 ml  * Oil ... 1 cup  * Garlic paste..1 tsp  * Salt ... 2 tsp  * Red chili powder ... 3 tsp  *Chickpea flour ... 4 Cups... approximately  Method  * Add oil and water in mixer, whisk until it  turns frothy white in colour.  * Pour this water in a pot, add  red chilli powder, salt and garlic paste and mix properly.  *Add chickpea flour to make a soft dough.  * Hear I have used approximately four cups of gram flour.(1cup...150 ml)  * Fill this dough in the Shev mould. *Heat Oil in an iron kadhai, make a Shev by pressing from the mould in hot Oil.
