Full of flavours yet simple...😋😋
Ingredients....
*Rice flour...1 Cup
*Sour Curd...1/2 Cup
*Water ...1 Cup
*Green Chillies chopped...3
*Chopped Ginger...1/2 tsp
*Curry leaves...7..8
*Oil...3 tbspn
*Mustard Seeds...1/4 tsp
*Cumin seeds...a pinch
*Salt...1 tsp
*Turmeric...a pinch
Method...
*Mix Rice flour, Curd & Water without forming lumps.
*Heat Oil in a pan, add Mustard Seeds n Cumin seeds. Let it splutter.
*Add Turmeric Powder, Green Chillies, Curry Leaves. saute for a minute.
*Pour Rice flour mix. Mix properly, steam for 3 minutes by covering with the lid.
*Remove the lid after 3 minutes, mix properly. Done. Switch off the gas.
*Serve hot... tastes yummmy when cold also.

दिवाळीच्या फराळानंतर आज नाश्त्याला
तांदुळाची गरमा गरम व चवदार उकड...अहाहा फारच मजा...
थोडी आंबट, आल्याचा खमंग पणा, मधेच झणझणीत मिरची, काढिलिंबाची सुवास, वा वा खुप छान लागते उकड...
साहित्य...
*तांदूळ पीठ... 1 वाटी
*आंबट दही ....1/2 वाटी
*पाणी.... 1 वाटी
*तेल..‌ 3 tbspn,
*हिरवी मिरची‌‌.....3 चिरून
*आले... बारीक चिरून 1/2 tsp
*मीठ...1 tsp,
*मोहरी.... 1/4 tsp
*जिरे व हळद... 1 चिमूट प्रत्येकी
*कढीलीम्ब... 7..8 पाने
कृती...
*तांदूळ पिठात दही व पाणी एकत्र करून घ्या. गुठळी राहू देऊ नका.
*कढईत तेल गरम करून मोहरी व जिऱ्याची फोडणी करा, लगेच हळद, मिरची तुकडे, आले व कढिलिंबाची पाने घाला. एक मिनिट परतावे.
*त्यावर तांदूळ पिठाचे मिश्रण ओता. छान एकत्र करून झाकण ठेवून वाफ येऊ द्या.
*2..3 मिनिटात मोकळी उकड तयार.
*गरमा गरम उकड ... खुप छान लागते.
