#RenuRasoi  #Aluchi Vadi  #Steamed  #Colocasia #Leaf  #Snack Nowadays, during the monsoon season, very tender and small colocasia (arbi/taro) leaves are growing in my pot.  Since I had very little time today, I prepared this quick version of Aluchi Vadi.  It has the same delicious traditional taste but is much easier and faster to make. Ingredients (1 cup = 150 ml) *Washed & finely chopped colocasia (taro) leaves, – 2 cups *Tamarind – a lemon-sized piece *Gram flour (besan) – 1 cup *Rice flour – ½ cup *Red chilli powder – 3 teaspoons *Salt – 1½ teaspoons *Sugar – 1 teaspoon *Coriander powder – 3 teaspoons *Carom seeds (ajwain) – ¼ teaspoon *Turmeric powder – 1 teaspoon *White sesame seeds – 1 tablespoon Method 1. Peanut Chutney... Andhra Style

This Andhra style peanut Chutney is yummy and easy to prepare....
All ingredients are available at home goes very well in regular Meals as well as with Idli, Dosa , Vada & Appe or Paniyaram.
It can be prepared by using Red Chillies also... I have prepared it with Green Chillies
Ingredients...
*Raw Peanuts...1 Cup
*Green Chillies...4
*Garlic pods...3
*Blackgram/Udid Dal...2 tsp
*Oil...2 tsp
*Lemon juice...3 tsp
*Salt...1/4 tsp
For Tempering...
*Oil...2 tsp
*Mustard Seeds...1/4 tsp
*Curry leaves...8
Method...
*Dry roast Peanuts on low flame till crisp. Let it cool.
*Heat 2 tsp Oil in a small pan, add Udad Dal, Green Chillies n Garlic pods, fry on low flame till Dal becomes Pink. Let it cool.
*In a mixer jar add Peanuts, Chilli mix, Salt n Lemon Juice Grind without adding water. Then add 1 Cup water. Grind till smooth. Put the Chutney in a Bowl.
*For Tempering
Heat Oil add Mustard Seeds, after it splutters switch off the Gas. Add Curry leaves and pour this over Chutney.
*Mix properly.
*Serve with Idli, Dosa Vada Appe / Paniyaram or in regular Meals.

तुम्ही ही चटणी सुक्या लाल मिरच्या घालून पण  तयार करता येते ... मी हिरव्या मिरच्या घातल्या आहेत...

 साहित्य ...
 * कच्चे शेंगदाणे ... 1 वाटी
 * हिरव्या मिरच्या ....4
 * लसूण पाकळ्या ....3
 * उडीद डाळ ... 2 टीस्पून
 * तेल ... 2 टीस्पून
 * लिंबाचा रस ... 3 टीस्पून
 * मीठ ... 1/4 टीस्पून
 फोडणी साठी ...
 * तेल ... 2 टीस्पून
 * मोहरी ... 1/4 टीस्पून
 * कढीपत्त्याची पाने... 8
 पद्धत ...
 * शेंगदाणे कुरकुरीत होईपर्यंत मंद आचेवर खमंग भाजून घ्या. थंड होऊ द्या.
 * एका कढईत २ टिस्पून तेल गरम करून त्यात उडीद डाळ, हिरवी मिरची आणि लसूण पाकळ्या घाला ,आणि डाळ गुलाबी होईपर्यंत मंद आचेवर तळा.  थंड होऊ द्या.
 * मिक्सरच्या भांड्यात शेंगदाणे, मिरची, डाळ इत्यादी घालून  मीठ आणि लिंबाचा रस घालावा. प्रथम पाणी न घालता वाटून घ्या.  नंतर 1 वाटी पाणी घाला. छान गुळगुळीत होईपर्यंत वाटुन घ्यावे.  चटणी एका भांड्यात काढून चर्या.
 फोडणी साठी
 गॅस वर एका छोट्या कढईत तेल गरम करून मग  मोहरी घालावी, तडतडल्यावर गॅस बंद करावा ‌  कढीपत्ता पाने घालून  एक मिनिटांनंतर ही फोडणी चटणीवर घालावी.
 * छान एकत्र करून कालवून घ्या.
 * इडली, डोसा, वडे, आप्पे किंवा रोजच्या जेवणात सुद्धा मस्त चमचमीत लागते.
टिप... 1..मिठाचे प्रमाण आपल्या आवडीनुसार कमी जास्त करावे.
2. लिंबूरस ऐवजी चिंचेचा कोळ पण घालू शकता.
