A little homemade ghee on a hot poli, served with bhaji, amti, dal or curd—pure comfort food! 😋 Ingredients 1 Cup... 150 ml. *Whole wheat flour... 2 Cup  *Salt... 1/2 tsp  *Oil ... 2 tbsp  *Water as required ... 1.5 Cup approximately  *Oil or ghee for folding *Wheat flour for  dusting and rolling. Method *Combine wheat flour and salt . Add water gradually and knead  into a soft dough. With the beginning of new calendar Year from January...every household starts the Preperations for Tilgud i.e. sweet made from Jaggery n Seasame seeds...
In Maharashtra there is a tradition of preparing Tilgul laddo n Tilgul poli..
तिळगुळाचे लाडू आणि तीळ गुळाची पोळी
This is the Quick version of Tilgul Poli...
Let's see the Recipie...
Ingredients...
*Already prepared Phulka....6
*Roasted Seasame seeds... 1 tbsp
*Chopped Jaggery....1/2 Cup
*Homemade Ghee...2 tbsp
Method...
*Melt the Ghee
*Heat Iron Tawa, coat Phulka with melted Ghee n roast on high flame by pressing it with the help of spatula on both the sides till crispy n light Pink in colour.
*Keep it aside.
*In a pan add 3 tsp Ghee, add Jaggery, keep stirring on low flame till jaggery  is soft. Switch off the gas.
*Add 1 tsp Milk in the Jaggery mix, stir continuously. Our Jaggery syrup is ready.
*Coat  Jaggery syrup on each Roti by spreading with the help of spoon.
Immediately sprinkle roasted Seasame seeds.
*Our crispy 😋 crunchy sweet Roti ready.
*You can carry it in Tiffins too..

तिळ गुळ पोळी
जानेवारी महिना आला की सगळ्या महाराष्ट्रात तयारी सुरू होऊन जाते ती म्हणजे तिळगुळाचे लाडु व गुळाची पोळी करण्याची...
गुळाची पोळी आमच्या घरी फार आवडते पण ती खूप आवडत असल्यामुळे फक्‍त संक्रांतीच्या दिवशीच करून खायची, असा आमच्या घरी प्रघात आहे .... म्हणजे अजुन छान लागते... आज मला काही कारणाने गोड पदार्थ करायचा होता व वेळ फारसा नव्हता...
तेव्हा केली  तिळगुळ पोळी ...अतिशय कुरकुरीत ....खाल्ल्यावर फार आवडल्या सगळ्यांनाच...
साहित्य...
*तयार फुलके... 6
*भाजलेले तीळ... एक टेबल स्पून
*चिरलेला गूळ... अर्धी वाटी
*साजूक तूप... 2 टेबलस्पून
कृती...
*प्रथम तुप एका वाटीत पातळ करून घ्या. *लोखंडाचा तवा गॅसवर तापायला ठेवा प्रत्येक फुलका  दोन्ही बाजूने पातळ तूप लावून हाय गॅसवर सराट्याने दाबून कुरकुरीत व खमंग पोळ्या करून बाजूला ठेवा.
*नंतर एका कढईत तीन टीस्पून तूप घालून गूळ घाला मंद आचेवर  सतत हलवत राहा, थोडा मऊ झाला की गॅस बंद करा व त्यात एक टीस्पून दूध घालून सतत ढवळत राहा.
*गुळाचा पाक होऊन जाईल जास्त दूध घालू नका.
*कुरकुरीत केलेल्या पोळीवर गुळाचा पाक पसरवा.
*लगेच वरून भाजलेले तीळ घालून पसरवा.
*मस्त कुरकुरीत खमंग तिळगुळ पोळी तयार.
*डब्यात द्यायला पण छान आहे.
