Easy and tasty.... Complete meal. Ingredients... 1 cup... 150 ml *Ambadi leaves... Washed and finely chopped 2 cups *Jawar flour... 1 cup *Wheat flour...1 cup *Garlic cloves...4 *Green chillies.. 2-3 *Salt...1 tsp *Cumin seeds...1/4 tsp *Turmeric powder... 1/4 tsp *Water for binding a dough. *Wheat flour for dusting the Bhakari while rolling. Method... *Clean the Ambadi, take only leaves. Stems are very hard. Wash the leaves atleast 3-4 times in the sufficient water. *Drain out the water and chopp the leaves finely. Chopped leaves should be 2 cups approximately. In a heavy based steel pan put all the chopped leaves. *Put this pan with the leaves on a medium flame gas, stirring constantly with the help of a spoon. *लाल तिखट... एक टीस्पून
*जीरे पुड...पाव टीस्पून
*गुळ चिरून...2 टीस्पून
कृती...
*कैरी च्या फोडी व मीठ एकत्र करून एकत्र करून 2 तास मुरत ठेवायचे.
*मग एक टीस्पून लाल तिखट, पाव टीस्पून जिरे पूड व 2 टीस्पून गुळ घालून छान एकत्र केले.
