Easy and tasty.... Complete meal. Ingredients... 1 cup... 150 ml *Ambadi leaves... Washed and finely chopped 2 cups *Jawar flour... 1 cup *Wheat flour...1 cup *Garlic cloves...4 *Green chillies.. 2-3 *Salt...1 tsp *Cumin seeds...1/4 tsp *Turmeric powder... 1/4 tsp *Water for binding a dough. *Wheat flour for dusting the Bhakari while rolling. Method... *Clean the Ambadi, take only leaves. Stems are very hard. Wash the leaves atleast 3-4 times in the sufficient water. *Drain out the water and chopp the leaves finely. Chopped leaves should be 2 cups approximately. In a heavy based steel pan put all the chopped leaves. *Put this pan with the leaves on a medium flame gas, stirring constantly with the help of a spoon. Ingredients. ..
•Onions...5 big
•Oil...3 tbspn
•Chickpea flour...1.5 Cups
•Salt...1.5tsp
•Turmeric Powder...1/2 tsp
•Red Chilly Powder...3 tsp
•Mustard Seeds...1/2 tsp
Method. ..
•Chopp the Onions.
•Heat Oil in an Iron Kadhai.
•Add Mustard Seeds after it splutters add Termeric n finely chopped Onions.
•Saute them on medium heat for 5 mts.
•Add Red Chilli Powder n Salt...saute till oil leaves the sides of the kadhai.
•Add Besan/Chickpea flour.. mix properly. ..cook by covering on low heat for 3..4 mts... stirring occasionally. ..
•Done...

*मोठे कांदे उभे चिरून...5
*बेसन... 1.5 वाटी
*तेल ...3 teblespoon
*तिखट... 3 tsp
*मीठ... 1.5 tsp
*हळद... 1/2 tsp
*मोहरी... 1/2 tsp
कृती....
*लोखंडी कढईत तेल तापवा, मोहरी घालून खमंग फोडणी झाली की हळद व कांदे घाला, 2..3 मिनिटे परतून तिखट व मीठ घाला.
*मंद आचेवर कांदे खरपूस म्हणजेच गुलाबी होई पर्यंत परता.
*मग बेसन घालून छान एकत्र करा. झाकण ठेवून 3..4 मिनिटे शिजवा, वाफ येऊ द्या.
*झुणका तयार. भाकरी सोबत खाऊन आनंद घ्या.
*लोखंडी कढईत वेगळाच खमंग व चवदार होतो.
