This is a very tasty and healthy Protein Rich dish....with a dash of rustic toppings.
Today I have prepared this without soaking Chana for six to eight hours...you can prepare by soaking or this way😃
Very  quick and goes very well with Rice, Puri ,Roti, Paratha or you can have it simple Chana as a snacks also...
Ingredients...
*Blackgram/ Desi Chana... 1 Cup
*Oil... 3 tbspn
*Salt... 1 tsp
*Red Chilli Powder... 1 tsp
*Coriander Seeds Powder... 2 tsp
*Turmeric Powder... 1/2 tsp
*Mustard Seeds... 1/4 tsp
To Serve...
Raw Mango chopped... 1 tbspn
Raw Onions chopped... 1/4 Cup
Tomato chopped... 1/4 Cup
Coriander chopped... 1 tbspn
Green Chillies... 1 tsp.... optional
Method...
*Heat  3 Cups hot water...just hot...not boiling...soak Chana & cover with the lid.
*After two hours, they will be fully soaked. Remove the water. Keep them in another pan, add 2 Cups Water pressure cook on high flame for 10 minutes & on low flame for 10 minutes. Switch off the Gas.
* When cool, take out of pressure cooker.
*Heat Oil in an Iron kadhai, add Mustard Seeds, let them splutter, add Turmeric Powder, Coriander Seeds Powder, Red Chilli Powder & Salt. Mix and add cooked Chana along with its Water.
*Mix properly, Cook on medium flame for 5 minutes.
*Done. Switch off the Gas.
*Serve with Raw Onions, Tomato, Mango, Coriander & Green Chillies to give that extra zing...

 हे हरबरे खुप चटपटीत व मस्त लागतात 😋😋😋😋
मुख्य म्हणजे आपण कडधान्य रात्रभर  भिजवून
मग करतो.
पण ही उसळ वेळेवर केली तरी चालते...
तुम्हाला जसं आवडते तशी करा...
प्रोटिन्स ने परीपूर्ण व चवदार चविष्ट अशी ही उसळ आरोग्य दायी आहे....
भात, पुरी, पोळी, पराठे किंवा नुसते सुद्धा नाश्ता म्हणुन खूपच छान लागतात.

 साहित्य ...
 * देशी हरभरे/ चणे... 1 वाटी...200मिली
 * तेल ... 3 टेबलस्पून
 * मीठ ... 1 टीस्पून
 * लाल तिखट ... 1टीस्पून
 * धणे पुड... 2 टीस्पून
 * हळद  ... 1/2टीस्पून
 * मोहरी  ... 1/4 टीस्पून
 सर्व्ह करण्यासाठी...
*कच्ची कैरी चिरून ... 1टेबलस्पून
*कच्चा कांदा चिरलेला ... 1/4 वाटी
 *टमाटा चिरलेला ... 1/4 वाटी
 *कोथिंबीर चिरलेली ... 1टेबलस्पून
 *हिरवी मिरची ... 1 टीस्पून .... ऐच्छिक
 कृती...
 * 3 कप गरम पाणी गरम करा ... फक्त गरम ... उकळत नाही ... हरबरे भिजवा आणि झाकणाने झाकून ठेवा.
 * दोन तासांनंतर, ते छान फुगतात, ते पाणी शिजवण्यासाठी वापरू नये. हरबरे दुसऱ्या भांड्यात काढून  2 वाटी पाणी घालून प्रेशर कूकर मध्ये 10 मिनिटे हाय फ्लेमवरआणि 10 मिनिटे मंद आचेवर ठेवा.  गॅस बंद करा.
 * थंड झाल्यावर प्रेशर कुकर मधुन बाहेर काढा.
 * लोखंडी कढईत तेल गरम करून त्यात मोहरी घाला, तडतडल्या नंतर हळद, धने पूड, लाल तिखट आणि मीठ घाला.  शिजवलेले हरबरे त्याच्या पाण्याबरोबर घालून छान एकत्र करावे.
 * व्यवस्थित एकत्र करावे, मध्यम आचेवर 5  मिनिटे शिजवा.
 * झाले....गॅस बंद करा.
 * अजुन चटपटीत चव येण्यासाठी वरुन बारीक चिरलेला कांदा, टमाटा, कैरी, कोथिंबीर आणि हिरव्या मिरचीचे तुकडे घालून  सर्व्ह करा.
 *मस्तच चवदार लागतात.
