   #रेणुरसोई #भेळ भेळ आवडत नाही अशी व्यक्ती विरळाच... अनेक चवदार, चटपटीत पदार्थांचे संमेलन म्हणजे भेळ.... थोडी कुरकुरीत, आंबटगोड, तिखट... ट्टाॅक 😋😋😋😋😋 आमच्या घरी तर रविवारी संध्याकाळी जेवण न करता भेळ केली तरी चालते....  या भेळे साठी लागणारी शेव, बुंदी, पापडी सर्व काही घरीच केले आहे...  साहित्य....  *मुरमुरे ... 6 वाटी  1 वाटी...150 मि.ली  *गाठी पापडी... 1 वाटी  *शेव... 1 वाटी  *खारी बुंदी... 1/2 वाटी  *शेंगदाणे... 1/2 वाटी  *उकडून चिरलेले बटाटे... 1 वाटी  *चिरलेला कांदा...1/2 वाटी  * चिरलेली कोथिंबीर... 3 टेबलस्पून  *हिरवी चटणी.... 1/2 वाटी  *चिंचेची चटणी... 1 वाटी  *मीठ आणि तिखट.... आवडीनुसार  कृती....  *कढईत १ टेबलस्पून तेल गरम करून त्यात शेंगदाणे घालून मंद आचेवर कुरकुरीत होईपर्यंत परतावे.  त्यांना बाजूला ठेवा, गार होऊ द्या.  *मुरमुरे, उकडलेले बटाटे, 1/4 वाटी चिरलेला कांदा, थोडी कोथिंबीर, 1/2  वाटी प्रत्येकी शेव, पापडी, बुंदी, तळलेले शेंगदाणे, 1 चमचा हिरवी चटणी, 3 चमचे चिंचेची चटणी, तिखट आणि मीठ घालून छान एकत्र करावे.    तुमच्या आवडीनुसार सर्व साहित्य घालून करा.  * सर्व्ह करताना

  This is the typical maharashtrian breakfast dish . A different version of Upma.
  One of my families favourite breakfast. We have simple nashta...so this is  very quick n tasty version...
   This tastes yummyyy even after 5..6 hours also. Can be prepared with very few ingredients.
   Some places this is also called as "Tikhat mithacha Shira".

INGREDIANTS. ..
*Semolina/ Upma Rava...1 Cup
*Water...2 Cups
*Sour Curd..3/4 the Cup
*Oil....1.1/4 tbsp.
*Udad dal...2 tsp
*Curry leaves...10..12
*Mustard & Cumin Seeds...1/4 tsp each
*Asafoetida Powder...a big pinch
*Turmeric...1/4tsp
*Red Chilli Powder...3/4 tsp
*Salt...1 tsp
*Grated Coconut...1 tbsp
*Chopped Coriander...1 tbsp
Method. ..
*Heat oil in a pan...add Mustard & Cumin...when it splutters add Udad dal n Asafoetida  powder.
*When dal turns little red n release aroma add Semolina...saute it on low flame for 3..4 mts.
*Add Turmeric and Red Chilli Powder  n Curry leaves. ...again saute it till Semolina release aroma or becomes lighter to saute.
*Add sour Curd n Salt...mix properly. ..add Water...stir continuously. ..mix properly...
*Cover with the lid n let it cook for 3..4 mts on low flame.
*Done...serve with grated Coconut n Coriander.
*It tastes yummy when cool also.
*Enjoy.

Let us  proceed to make such Poori... The ingredients required are few but preparing it is a fine technique. Let's see these .... Ingredients... *Whole wheat flour...2 Cups 1 cup...150ml *Semolina... 1 tbspn *Salt...1/2 tsp *Sugar... 1 tsp *Oil...1 tbspn *Water...1.5 Cup Method... *Mix Wheat flour, Semolina,Sugar and Salt properly. Add Oil and once again mix properly. *Now make a tight dough by adding water gradually. Quantity of Water depends on quality of the wheat flour. Here I had to use 1.5 Cup water. Very tasty and yummmy 😋😋😋😋 Ingredients... *Potato... peeled and diced...1 Cup 1 Cup...400 ml *Roasted Peanuts Powder...1/4 th Cup *Chopped Coriander...1/4 th Cup *Green Chillies...
