Moong dal halwa
This Halwa is a delicious sweet dish.
Traditionally it is prepared by soaking moong dal in Water,  grinding it and then roasting it to convert it into a Delicious Halwa.
Today we have prepared it very  quickly, to save time.
Ingredients...
*Yellow moong dal 1 cup
*Homemade Ghee... 1/2 Cup
*Sugar...1 Cup
*Milk ...1 Cup
*Water ...1 cup
*Khova or Milk Powder 1 cup
*Green Cardamom powder... half tsp *Cashews and Almonds.. for garnish
Method
*Dry grind Moong Dal from the Mixer to a coarse Powder like Semolina.
*Heat an Iron Kadhai, add Ghee... when it melts, add grinded Moong Dal.
*Roast on low flame till brown in colour.
*Then add water and milk ,cook till they both are absorbed in dal.
*Add Khova or Milk Powder, saute for 5 minutes.
*Add sugar and cook till it becomes a thick mixture.
*Add Green Cardamom powder and Nuts.
*Serve hot...
*You can refrigerate it for 2..3 days.

मूग डाळीचा हलवा
मूग डाळीचा हलवा म्हटले की आधी डाळ भिजवा, मग ती वाटून  मंद आचेवर तुपात खमंग होईपर्यंत परता... बरेच वेळखाऊ काम आहे हे ....अर्थात हलवा लागतो ही खूप स्वादिष्ट 😋😋😋
आज आपण जो मूग डाळीचा हलवा केला आहे तो थोडा झटपट होणारा आहे .
त्यामुळे आपण हलवा पटकन करून खाऊ शकतो ...पाहुणे आलेअसतील तर त्यांनाही पटकन बनवून देऊ शकतो.
साहित्य...
*पिवळ्या रंगाची मुगडाळ... एक वाटी
*साखर... एक वाटी
*दूध... एक वाटी
*पाणी...एक वाटी
*साजूक तूप ...अर्धी वाटी
*खवा किंवा मिल्क पावडर ...एक वाटी
*वेलची पूड ...अर्धा टी स्पून
*काजू बदाम तुकडे आवडीनुसार
कृती...
*मूग डाळ मिक्सरमधुन कोरडीच रवाळ वाटून घ्या.
*एका लोखंडी कढईत तूप तापवून त्यात मूग डाळीचा रवा मंद आचेवर गुलाबी रंग येईपर्यंत भाजून घ्या
*नंतर त्यात एक वाटी पाणी व एक वाटी दूध घालून मिश्रण घट्ट होईपर्यंत शिजवून घ्या
*त्यात खवा किंवा मिल्क पावडर घालून पाच मिनिटे परतून, मग एक वाटी साखर घालून ,हलवा कोरडा होईपर्यंत शिजवून घ्या.
*वेलची पूड, काजू -बदाम तुकडे घालून सर्व्ह करा.
*हा हलवा फ्रिजमध्ये तीन-चार दिवस उत्तम राहतो.

  #RenuRasoi Chilli Garlic Shev No Soda  Very tasty and Crispy....  We used to have it only on Diwali...  But now you can prepare this at home very easily and enjoy it with a Cup of Tea or Coffee, as a accompaniment in snacks and meals....  We have not used soda or papad khar at all.  Ingredients...  * Cold water..1cup 1 Cup...150 ml  * Oil ... 1 cup  * Garlic paste..1 tsp  * Salt ... 2 tsp  * Red chili powder ... 3 tsp  *Chickpea flour ... 4 Cups... approximately  Method  * Add oil and water in mixer, whisk until it  turns frothy white in colour.  * Pour this water in a pot, add  red chilli powder, salt and garlic paste and mix properly.  *Add chickpea flour to make a soft dough.  * Hear I have used approximately four cups of gram flour.(1cup...150 ml)  * Fill this dough in the Shev mould. *Heat Oil in an iron kadhai, make a Shev by pressing from the mould in hot Oil.
