It cures indigestion as well as it helps to increase appetite.  Very tasty and easy to prepare. You can get these vegetables  in the local market in rainy season. In some areas this veg is also called as "गुनगुण्याची भाजी" Ingredients  1 Cup...150 ml *Patur Veg... finely chopped...3 cups *Yellow moong dal... 1/2 Cup  *Garlic pods... 6 *Oil... 4 tbspn  *Mustard seeds... 1/2 tsp  *Turmeric powder... 1/2 tsp *Red chilli powder... 1/2 tsp  *Salt... 1/2 tsp  *Lemon juice... 1 tsp  *Chopped coriander... 1 tbspn  *Grated coconut... 1 tbspn  Method... *Wash and soak yellow moong dal in sufficient water for 2 hours. *Here I have taken 2 bundle s of Patur Veg. Clean and take leaves only. Wash it thoroughly and chop finely.

This combination tastes  yummy😋 and very good for health too.
Fresh Green Peas are used along with homemade fresh Gravy and crispy crunchy Makhana.
This preparation goes well with Dal Rice, Roti, Bhakari ,Paratha...
Ingredients
*Fresh Green Peas... 1.5 cup
1 Cup....150 ml 
*Makhana... 1.5 cup
*Roughly chopped Onions... 1 cup *Chopped Tomatoes...1 cup 
*Chopped Ginger...1 tsp
*Green Chillies Chopped... 3
*Garlic pod... 3
*Red Chilli Powder... 1 tsp
*Salt ...1 tsp
*Oil ... 5 tbsp
*Butter or Ghee... 4 tsp
*Mustard Seeds...1/2 tsp
*Muskmelon Seeds Powder... 3 tsp
Method...
*Add chopped Onions, Tomato , Green Chillies, Garlic and Ginger in a pan...add 1 cup water and Cook on low flame till soft.
*Let it cool and then make a course paste from the Mixer without adding water.
*Heat Oil in  a Kadhai add 1/4 teaspoon mustard seeds... After it splutters add Turmeric powder and add Green Peas, a pinch of Salt, cover it immediately with the lid and cook till soft.
*Add Red Chilli Powder and the grinded mix, cook on medium flame till Oil Leaves the sides of the Pan.
*Add 4 tsp Ghee, Muskmelon Seeds Powder and 2 Cups Water.
*Let it cook on medium flame for 5 minutes stirring occasionally.
*Add Salt and Makhana...cook till Gravy thickens.
*Serve hot with Roti, Bhakari,  Paratha or Rice.

मखाणे फार पौष्टिक आहार आहे, मखाणे म्हणजे च कमळाच्या बियांपासून केलेल्या लाह्या...
आपण त्यांना कुरकुरीत परतून किंवा खीर, लाडू असे गोड पदार्थ करून खातो....
ही भाजी पोळी, भात, पुरी, पराठे यांच्या सोबत छान लागते.

 साहित्य
 *ताजे हिरवे वाटाणे/ मटर... 1.5 वाटी
1 वाटी...150 मिली
*मखाणे... 1.5 वाटी
 *चिरलेला कांदा... 1  वाटी
 *चिरलेला टोमॅटो...1 वाटी
*चिरलेले आले...1 टीस्पून
 *हिरव्या मिरच्या चिरलेल्या... ३
 *लसूण पाकळ्या... ३
 *तिखट ... 1 टीस्पून
 *मीठ...1 टीस्पून
 *तेल...5 टेबलस्पून
 *लोणी किंवा तूप... ४ टीस्पून
 *मोहरी...१/२ टीस्पून
 *मगज/ खरबूज बी यांची पूड... 1 टेबलस्पून
 पद्धत...
 *एका पातेल्यात चिरलेला कांदा, टोमॅटो, हिरवी मिरची, लसूण आणि आले... 1 वाट पाणी घालून मंद आचेवर शिजवा.
 * थंड होऊ द्या आणि नंतर पाणी न घालता मिक्सरमधून वाटून घ्या.
 *कढईत तेल गरम करून त्यात १/४ चमचे मोहरी टाका, मोहरी तडतडल्यावर त्यात हळद टाकून त्यात हिरवे वाटाणे, चिमूटभर मीठ टाकून लगेच झाकण ठेवून मऊ होईपर्यंत शिजवा.
 * लाल तिखट व वाटलेले मिश्रण घालून मध्यम आचेवर पॅनच्या बाजूने तेल सुटेपर्यंत शिजवा.
 * 4 चमचे तूप, मगज पूड आणि 2  वाटी पाणी घालून, अधूनमधून ढवळत ५ मिनिटे मध्यम आचेवर शिजू द्या.
 *मीठ आणि मखणा घाला...ग्रेव्ही घट्ट होईपर्यंत शिजवा.
 *पोळी , पुरी , पराठा किंवा भातासोबत गरमागरम सर्व्ह करा.
* मगज/खरबूज बी हे किराणा दुकानात मिळतील. मिक्सरमध्ये बारीक पूड करून फ्रिजमध्ये ठेवले तर कुठल्याही रस्सा भाजी व उसळ मध्ये घालून छान चवदार चविष्ट पदार्थ होतो. या बिया फार औषधी आहेत.
